Like many of you I've been frustrated with the game but more than happy with the previous rewards I have redeemed in the past.

Coming from England my trips are limited so I was trying to work out how I was ever going to spend my loyalty points with one trip per year. Then I saw a new reward partner- The Hippodrome Casino based in London.

I'm so happy. I've just got £100 in promo chips and a tour of the casino and dinner with the owner! The promo chips were 75,000 and the dinner was 187,500. Really great value.

Maybe, just maybe, this could be the start of some better rewards in Vegas too?

I believe it's more of The Hippodrome looking for more exposure.

myVegas has obviously looked at their demographics and determined that the UK market needs a local partner.

I just had someone link me in the update too, at last somewhere to spend my LP's on other than waiting to get to Vegas Thank you MyVegas about time :blowkiss:

Some good rewards and on my doorstep too. At least the GF will get some benefit from this too instead of " your always on that bloody game" lol
So it was you UncleBen that splurged 187K on dinner with the owner :faint: Let us know how that goes. I bet he will either get fed up of hosting degens for dinner or the price will skyrocket :evillaugh I wonder if he knows what he's let himself in for? No reflection on you Ben obviously :poke:

Amazing value if these are £100 straight up chips, if they are non-returnable ie you bet £10 even money on roulette, win and end up with £10 then less so, but much better value than any other reward i believe...

They are also on groupon if anyone fancies some dinner too - http://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/hippodrome-london-2

Anyone with any info on using the chips would be gratefully received!

    Can someone decipher this?

I think it means that when you get the chips they are only worth 1p so you can't cash them in. Once at the table they become 100x more ie £1. Am waiting on the phone now to ask. First guy I spoke to hadn't a clue, lol.

Not getting very far. Guy didn't really have a clue. Finally I asked if I came in, got the £100 worth of £5 chips, played BJ and won half and lost half could I walk out with £100 cash. It was the only way to make him understand what I wanted to know, he was talking about getting comps with the winnings. He said he would me to someone else who instantly cut me off. Hmmm gonna ring back. Watch this space.

Got back through to someone else. All looks good and you play them once on even money games, ie BJ, red/black etc and you can cash out the winning chips. Best deal ever on MyVegas for us Brits. First person to do this please report back. May even be me, lol.

Me neither. My friend and I are probably going to redeem it very soon before it goes. You have 90 days to use it. Best deal on MyVegas for sure.

It's even better because on the terms it says they stay in play until lost. Bet they change that very fast, lol. Please post Ben as soon as you've been. Could you ask for me please if I can do the £100 and the £50 the same day. It says only two rewards per 24 hours but can't see anything that says you can't do two of those as it's still only one per MyVegas player of each.

    And Good Luck Ben.

I'm calling them to confirm some details about dates for the dinner. I'll be asking about combining the £50 and £100 chip deals and come back to you this afternoon..... if anybody answers the phone!

That's weird. It showed up on the Mobile Blackjack version on my iPad so I've got it. It's back on the PC now too but says how many are left. They must have just been updating it or something. I'm happy now, lol.

Corinne has it spot on with how the chips work and..... you can combine multiple.

I've emailed a few dates for dinner, they will run them past the owner and come back to me.

The lady I spoke to really knew about the programme. I mentioned how some Vegas rewards vanished as soon as they were updated hence why I jumped on these rewards. She said they had a good range of rewards but there would be more appearing all the time. So hopefully this will stick around.

I wonder if MyVegas suggested how many points should be allocated to each reward or how that works. Maybe the subsequent deals and refreshes won't be such good value?

If experience tells us anything I think it's certainly enjoy it while it lasts.

Should be a fun night at the dinner. Think we need a Trip Report on that. We should be sorting out when to go fairly soon. Have you been there before Ben? I've been to one in Luton and I have to say UK casinos have nothing on Vegas ones so won't stop my Vegas play and using this promo will probably be a once only visit. Don't want to get like Carla in Coronation Street, lol.

UK Casino's don't compare but this is the closest I have seen. I visited shortly after it opened and not long after I had returned from my first Vegas trip.
It was really nice and had comp bottles of water on the bar.
I got a little confused when rather than change the minimum on a roulette table they changed the value of the chips from £1 to £2 which meant that we couldn't be grandfathered in because it would mean potentially some people on the table would have chips worth £1 and others £2. If they just had a table minimum like £10 to £20 it would have worked OK. However the pit boss didn't understand this at all and tried to make me sound stupid.
I've popped in during the day a couple of other times and it depends on the other players. It can be a bit of a battle to place a roulette bet with elbows all over the place and the dealers not really controlling the situation.
However I'm really looking forward to visiting tomorrow with some free money (worth about $225 for 112,500 LPs- best deal ever) but more so the dinner in the future when I have the date confirmed. I hope to have some good stories to share about that and maybe even some info about MyVegas and how they got involved.
