    Hello all from a long time Vegas veteran but first time poster. My first trip was in '98 I think. (The current MGM was just being built,) and we stayed at the Glass Pool Inn, cause all the hotels were full for PBR. We were three rattie looking college kids driving from New York and the Vegas hotels treated us like kings, what a place! That trip included a broken water pump in Needles, California, a rousting by border patrol in El Paso, 99 cent all you can eat pancakes at the Boardwalk and learning the lesson that no cover in the Golden Goose does not mean free. (1/2 the days budget spent on the drink minimum and the last time I've been in a Vegas strip club.)

    So, many years, and even more trips have passed, but Vegas still surprises me with every visit. I hope this forum will provide me some new leads for future fun.

    Next trip in 13 days at the D then Golden Nugget.
