I received a mailor from the plaza saying they will match any mailing from any other casino. does anyone know if you need to call ahead or if you can just take the mailer to the promotion center. will be going in September and was wondering how this would work. thank you.

What does it say on the mailing? Do you have show the Plaza mailer? Is it just for you?

    Small print?

    Maximum match?

I think if you are interested in only the dollar match you can just take the offer to the slot club booth. I wanted the hotel stay in addition to the free play. I emailed Jim who was listed on the offer and got no response. I then emailed Curt Fe'Adolphus who is a host that posts on this board. I scanned the offer and attached it to the email. He was able to book my stay with no issue. I still had to take the offer to the slot club to have the free play added.

As to the question from nostresshere, the fine print says the maximum will be no greater than the best offer to their highest tier. I have no clue what that might be but three nights and $200 free play was no problem. My offer was directed at me but you could ask Curt if he would be able to extend the offer to you without having received a mailer.

I actually did this about 10 days ago. Curt set me up in advance since he is my host there. but i did have a walkin shopper with me that had to go to the Hosts office and get his loaded with this guy Jim you speak of. It didnt go very well. Its all on my blog if you want to read it. Best of luck!

Not sure what a "walkin shopper" is. Please tell.

All, a link to your blog would be great.

I had my match offer set up, via email, before I left home since I knew my host. My brother thought he saw an email or mailer when I brought it up and he tagged along with me to see if he could get the match done in person. He was the walkin shopper for this promo. He wasnt 100% sure that it was sent to him so he walked in to find out. As for the blog its in my signature but here is a direct link to my experience with this offer.
