Not fazed between strip or downtown properties.

Any recent experiences welcome to share.

Bacchanal Buffet had a good asian section, but have not eaten there since it first open. was at Wynn buffet but didn't see it worth eating and I'm Full RFB.

The Bacchanal Buffet has by far the best quality and selection of Asian food of any Las Vegas buffet, including the Wynn Buffet at its height. They have a ramen station, several sections of stir-fry, traditional Cantonese barbecue fare, sushi (rolls/nigiri), etc. However, to me, the quality of the Asian food served at the Bacchanal Buffet is still below average compared to most Asian sit-down restaurants that I've eaten at in Southern California and Las Vegas.

Studio B at M Resort usually has a pretty good selection of Americanized Asian dishes.

I've found Wynn and Bellagio to be near the top.

Bacchanal by a long shot. They even have decent dim sum (shumai) in individual bamboo baskets..... You cant find that at any other Vegas buffets. Aria had a few Asian dishes that were good as well. Not SF Chinatown or Beijing good, but for a buffet, not bad.
