alexb7 Mirage July 17-19 TR

Did the online check-in and an upgrade to first class. My host has arranged limo and VIP check-in. One of my travelling companions intends to play big on slots this trip. Hoping for more than a few hand pays. Pics will be provided of course. Looking to hopefully get some good deals shopping. You can never have enough good pairs of brown shoes to match with navy blue suits. Redeemed a free ticket to Love courtesy of MyVegas. I've seen it before but need to use up my LPs while there is something still worth redeeming for. Plan to play at my usual level unless I hit a bad streak like last time. Leaving the extra bank cards at home to stay in control this time Wish me luck!

Good luck Alex! I didn't believe you in your last TR, and I'd like to apologize in person. I will be staying at the Cosmo in a Bungalow suite, perhaps you can drop by and hangout, or we could meet up somewhere else over the weekend.

Good luck! The slots at Mirage were super tight on my July 4th trip, until the last night...then the flood gates opened.

 

Rainy day waiting for the flight. At least the lounge is comfy.

So I stayed in control on my first day and ended finishing up over $1,000! My host gave me a comp dinner which I used at Japonais. They always have excellent food. Played the Mirage poker tournament and won 6 bounties at $25 each. On the final table there were 8 of us and we got our $25 bounty back and chopped the pot for $297 each. Not a bad return for keeping me busy for 4 hours. Won small amounts on craps, roulette, pai gow and blackjack. Taking the strategy of buying in for $200 or $300 at a time and cashing out when I'm up $50 or $60. Doesn't feel like a big win but it adds up and I only had 1 losing session. So today I'm going to try the same strategy but I'm going shopping first to lock in a win. [emoji3]
