My favorites are sushi at Blue Ribbon, burgers at Holsteins, and the buffet is probably the best in Vegas

There is no bad place to eat at the Cosmo. China Poblano has really good Chinese and Mexican food served side by side (but not fusion). Secret Pizza has AMAZING pizza and it is worth waiting line.

I love China Poblano. The salt air margaritas are excellent, as are the dumplings, tacos, and tequila flights.

Secret pizza is also most excellent. Blue Ribbon has great happy hour specials.

Agreed. The chicken parm sandwich was good too.

For the op, I was disappoint in STK. There are better steaks in Las Vegas. Though the sweet potatoe donuts for dessert were good. I've been saying I'll go back and sit at the bar and order then if I get a sweets craving.

We haven't had a bad meal there yet. Even the buffet was good, and I hate buffets, lol. China Poblano was awesome. Wasn't sure what to expect with this strange combo but I highly recommend it. The cafe by the front (side) door on Bellagio side is really good. I have found cafe type restaurants in Vegas are usually not good. Have fun!

Agreed. The best items they have are their non-steak items. The place is there just for the atmosphere/crowd.

Looks like I will be the one person to chime in and say China Poblano is awful. I know they are considering dumping it as part of the inevitable restaurant remodels, and I hope they do. But every other meal I have had there has been very good. In fact, in my original post above I forgot to mention Milos, which has my favorite lunch special in Vegas

I had a great meal at DOCG, and I think it's one place that is often overlooked. I think Milos is overrated and found Holstein's and The Henry dependable, though not spectacular.

I'll echo the China Poblano love. And the Milos lunch is the best deal on the strip, IMO.

Secret Pizza is very good. But head next door to Five50 (or better yet, down the road to Grimaldi's) for better.
