doesn't Bally's have a Mexican restaurant that serves a Nacho plate bigger than an entire baby?

Margaritaville serves a huge nacho plate. The quality is average but the quantity is staggering.

The best nachos I've had were in an unusual Strip location - a little Mexican bistro on the mall (second) level of The Stratosphere . El Nopal only does counter service like a small shop. But, their steak nachos are awesome - and I mean regarding quality. Add salsas of your choice from their salsa bar and it all makes a great meal. The prices are low to boot.

Maybe I was hungry or drunk but I thought the Irish Steak Nachos at Fine Nine Irishmen were amazing.

Don't eat as many nachos as I did in my younger days, but I recall really enjoying the nachos from Serendipity. Quick, good and inexpensive

The tequila bar at Bally's did close :( but there is a new Mexican place there now. Will check out the menu next month but I'm guessing the nachos won't be as good or as inexpensive.

The new mexican bar and grill does have the nachos but they are NOT good at all. They were about $16 and mostly all chips. They no longer have meat - instead very thin almost nonexistent grilled chicken strips that are hair thin. They put hardly any black beans on them and no sour cream or gauc. A tiny bit of drizzled processed cheese that has no taste.
Do not waste your time. They also charge $5 for a small basket of chips and 1 small bowl of red salsa and green sauce.

Also - BEWARE - we just checked out and paid for the room charges with our points. That places charges your points 2 to 1. So our terrible $35 dollar meal - became a charge of $70. It is not owned by CET. We asked them if they took TR points and they said "yes" and never mentioned that it was 2 to 1.

I never liked margaritaville for some reason, probably because i dont like Jimmy Buffet.

Went there to give it a try anyway. Was up on the second or third floor overlooking the strip on a great day. Loved the volcano nachos and the beer was cold. Only heard maybe 1-2 buffet songs the whole time so it wasnt ruined. Saw a stilt walker too, not something you see every day.

Wife and I agree the best we've had were the BBQ nachos at BLT Burger in Mirage.

We loved the Mexican place in Bally's. So sorry to see it closed when we were there in April. And that it was being replaced with a Buca di Beppo, which you can eat at in any larger city in the country.

Shifter beat me to it. Michael Mina's Pub 1842 at MGM has seriously amazing pork nachos with fresno chiles. Definitely recommended, although probably not your cheapest nacho option.
