    Hello All,

OK, I think I was being confusing asking about whether using RC's at another Mlife property will trigger a gaming day. I will try again. My offer is for Delano/Mandalay Bay. I will be playing at MB exclusively on this trip. If I were to use some RC's at Mirage, will that trigger a no play gaming day at Mirage?

No, it will occur during your stay at MB. It shouldn't affect your standing with Mirage.

Just make sure the restaurant you want to go to at Mirage is Resort Credit-eligible under your offer. The terms on those things can vary a lot, I just was looking at an offer where it said the RC could only be used at "MGM owned restaurants."

Not sure if the OP is using the term RC for Reward Credits, or Resort Credits.

There are not reward credits at MLife/MGM. They are express comps.

If you have resort credits, you just charge them to your room. Even some places that will not take Express Comps for payment, you can charge to your room, and then pay with Express Comps.

Sorry. Yes, I mean Resort Credits. Of course, as anyone would, I use all the RC's first. Express Comps...they better not touch! LOL!

Seconded. You should check your offer as your Resort Credit may also only be usable at the property you're staying at. My upcoming trip to Aria included $150 in Resort Credit but is only good for food/beverage/spa at Aria.

Regardless it doesn't trigger a gambling day. Mlife doesn't use ADT, they consider your entire trip together.

OK, sorry for being confused. So Mlife consider the entire trip. So say my schedule of my 3 nights stay at MB/Delano has my normal play, but the one meal at Mirage. I know that the amount of play at MB will result of me continuing receiving similar offers...I have only played at the Mlife casino I was staying at, but never used RC's at another Mlife property during those stays. Will that one meal at Mirage affect my current standing AT Mirage? I assume each Mlife casino I visit on that stay will look at the trip I had. MB will look at it and say ok that's decent amount of play, but wouldn't Mirage say that I didn't play at all and just ate there? I still don't think I am asking my question correctly, but thank you so much for everyone's replies.

It should not affect your standing with Mirage. Mirage can see that you had MLife gambling action during that period. They presumably would still want to get a piece of it on a future trip.

It might be different if you didn't stay or play at any Mlife properties during a visit, but used Express Comps. I'm sure people have done that, but I don't remember anybody here posting anything about whether it affected their offers.

And there's another scenario which I may end up testing shortly. Staying at MGM Grand - Cosmo - Caesars. I have a bank of Express Comps to burn off and I may use some at Aria while I'm staying at Cosmo. I won;t be giving Aria (or any other MLife property) any play that day, but since I had just stayed at MGM Grand, it will still fall within the "7 day trip" that some have defined here, and so supposedly won't hurt me, which is different than CET. I have my doubts. I've never seen the rationale or the math behind the "trip" theory.

Edited to add: I see in another thread where a host at MB told broncofn he could use Express Comps to pay for show tix while he wasn't staying there and it wouldn't hurt him.
