    Zoosacrackers at the Wynn. Burger Bar at Mandalay Bay would be my second choice

    Mrs Hutz was vegan for a while, and I'd eat nothing but hamburgers if I could, so the past few trips we hit up a few places that had veggie burgers.
    from what she tells me, the falafel veggie burger at BLT at the Mirage and the veggie burger at Holsteins at Cosmo is fantastic

    Agree about Holsteins. I like the Zoosacrackers and Burger Bar veggie options better, but the Holsteins burger is good too

    I'm not vegetarian but like to eat veggie as often as possible. The falafel burger at BLT has been on my list for quite some time now.
