What particular attributes make you stay at the one hotel most of the time? Is there anything you wish was different about it?

I typically stay at PH. I like the lively "young" crowd atmosphere, particularly the music they play starting at 8:00PM. I like the Pleasure Pit for the dealers and the dancers at night. The view from the rooms I get are nice since I usually get a Bellagio fountain view.

I wish they had more restaurant choices. I consider their rooms average. The Vista Rooms are spacious and have floor-to-ceiling windows, but their regular rooms have small windows and are on the small side.

I get comped rooms (Vista Rooms), but I noticed that my comped rooms have been degraded to just a regular room lately (even though my play is the same), so I'm thinking about changing to another hotel for a year just to try it out.

I'm a PH too. I usually stay in a Boulevard Suite. I've tried the strip suite and panorama and wasn't a fan. I like PH for the dealers and pit bosses. I also like the views of the Bellagio fountain.

I do wish the rooms were a bit more updated and wish they had a nice club. I like BURGR and love Strip House through.

My host is great. Dealers and pit crew are almost always friendly and make gambling fun. Game rules don't suck for everything I like to play. Great high end restaurants on property and across the corporate network. Pool is adequate.

A few years ago I booked a stay in a Petite Suite at TI. My wife is normally the woman that all cheapskates aspire to, but she fell in love with the two full bathrooms. It's pretty much our "go to" place since no other place seems to have anything comparable to the Petite/Tower/Executive suites at TI. The small footprint and the easy access parking garage are pluses as well.

I like staying at the Cal Downtown. What I like about it:

    Clean rooms
    Friendly Housekeeping
    Friendly Dealers/Employees/CW's
Casual fine dining restaurant plus lots of casual eateries and fast food places
Good Gambling options and low limits
Laid back patrons; no snootiness or high noses to be found anywhere

    What I wish were different:

CW dresses could be a bit shorter......:poke:

Cheap, clean, quiet. A nice pool during the summer/pool season is a plus too.

Golden Nugget Rush Tower regular here:

    1. Big and clean bathroom. Separate water closet. Two sink vanity. Nice showers with great water pressure. I won't stay at a hotel with mediocre bathrooms.
    2. Great bedrooms. Comfortable beds without disease spreading comforters. Nice furnishings with lots of outlets for all my electronic gear.
    3. Plenty of top notch restaurants.
    4. Superb VIP service. Never had a problem checking in.
    5. Great customer service from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the dealers.
    6. Awesome pool.
    7. Very reasonable prices for what you receive.

A good host is a must
Newer slot machines and good variety
    Clean casino area
    Clean and Nice rooms
    Good pool in the summer
All that being said, I have stayed at the Flamingo a few times and really enjoyed it even though its not the cleanest or classiest place on the strip

The Rio,mainly because it's always comped and away from the strip crazyness.
Spacious rooms and never really had a significant problem over many stays there.
Some nice employees who know you after all the years.
Just wish the VP and BJ conditions were better but it is CET and with a comped room /drinks i'm ok with that.

Location, value are probably the most important to me. Lack of hassles, in general, whether they be parking, slow elevators, long lines, things that don't work in the room, etc., are also very meaningful.

I'm a Palazzo guy now and have been for several years - so a lot of my desires in a property are what they offer.

Bigger rooms with space to spread your stuff out and not feel cramped.
Huge bathroom with a walk in shower separate from the tubs
    Very comfortable beds
    Accommodating and friendly employees
Great restaurants that range from the quick bite to eat places to upper tier places
    Not smokey
    Good ambiance
    Not overrun with kids

We stayed at the Mirage on our first several trips and as much as I love it our two complaints were how small the bathrooms in the regular rooms were and the lack of the quick and cheaper dining options. So when we stayed there after the initial trip we'd always book a room on the 24th/25th floor for the bigger bathroom.

It's possible if I rolled higher and had more to chose from, I might change my mind, but I really like staying at Gold Coast for several reasons. They want my business! I appreciate that I can count on them and Orleans for a place to stay. I'm a real casual person and I'm comfortable there. The staff has never been anything but friendly and helpful. It's not my favorite buffet, but PingPangPong is great, and there's a good variety of reasonable priced places to eat. It's also easy to get service from the CWs.

I've stayed there enough that I know exactly where the machines I want to play are and I don't get lost. lol

Luxurious accommodations and service. When I look for a hotel/resort, I don't want to feel like I can stay home and have a similar experience. This is why my wife and I only stay at Encore LV. Not long to go, I can almost smell the floral arrangements.....

We are MB people. We like the host, love the restaurants and enjoy the gaming experience. The fact that it is not mid strip is a plus for us. We use to have Bellagio as our home base but the crowds could be overwhelming at times.

    MaBay. I love the property.

    Reasons:
Location - not in the thick of the strip, love the ease of not having to navigate strip traffic (foot or car), easy access to LAS
High end - enough to keep out the "element", but not too high that I cannot afford
Mlife - nice room rates and comps
    Dining options - plenty!

I don't have a regular. I'm always a free agent. Not married to any hotel nor any corporation. I gamble plenty but don't play for comps. I've gone through phases over the years. Phases where I always wanted to stay on the strip, phases where I've stayed downtown (short phase), offstrip, etc... My GF and I go for a mix of reasons. Gambling, shows, excursions, etc.. We aren't really lay around the pool people. I rarely gamble on the strip and we rent a car so I have no desire to stay on the strip anymore. Lately we've been staying at the Rio. Cheap prices, large rooms, decent gambling, Gold Coast and Palms across the street and 2 separate strip shuttles for when we dine or go to shows on the strip. But the Rio is getting run down and unless CET decides to spend some money on the place I likely won't be staying there again for awhile. I figure you can eat, gamble and see shows anywhere, a room is just a place to crash. I won't stay in a dump but I won't overpay either. Seems silly to some but that's just me. YMMV. Next year my son turns 21 and I'll be taking him for his first trip to Vegas. We most likely will stay on the strip because it's certainly cool to have a strip view if you are a Vegas Virgin.
