I had the filet last time but I'm considering a ribeye or New York strip. If I have the ribeye will I end up embarrassing myself because the cut is too big? Is the NY strip at SW amazing compared to a
NY strip elsewhere? Thanks for your input

The answer is ribeye. It will always be ribeye. There is no other cut.

Close the thread. No more needs to be said on the matter! :nworthy:

Why worry about the steak being too big? Box up the leftovers and give them to one of the homeless on the strip. (Or have a late night snack if you have a fridge.)

I love their Chile Rubbed Double Rib Eye. You will definitely be full after eating that one.

A steak can never be too big. Also, nothing in Vegas can be too big. Or over-the-top!

Sorry folks, their 40-oz. porterhouse reigns supreme, and I know this firsthand because I left one of those sumbitches bone dry, by myself. :)
