MyVegas 3 rewards within 30 days or 3 rewards per trip?

I just saw a post on Facebook MyVegas friends about redeeming rewards and now I'm very confused.

I thought you could purchase 3 rewards per 30 days according to page 2 of the reward. So basically, I was planning my Vegas trip for June and since I'm 90 days out, I thought I could get 3 rewards each month before I leave and have 9 rewards.

I didn't realize that you could only use 3 per trip? Is that true?

 

Yes, you can only USE 3 rewards in a 30 day period.

 

Well that throws a wrench in my trip lol. I thought I could use 9 while I'm there! Oh well, time to rethink what I want!

 

Ouch that's nasty...I was planning on doing the same. I purchased a BOGOF 7 day monorail pass 60 days ago....I purchased 2 BOGOF buffet passes yesterday, and was hoping to be able to purchase one more item before my trip next month...(making up a total of 4 rewards)

Am I right in thinking I'll have to make do with the three I have already in my 'wallet' for my trip next month? And that I wont be able to purchase another?

 

I think the monorails don't count towards the 3 reward limit so I think you're good.

 

No the monorail doesn't apply to the mLife limit. It 3 mLife rewards and 2 Station rewards if I recall correctly. The monorail, Smith Center and others don't apply to the mLife limit.

 

I can confirm the monorail passes do not count against your 3 MGM rewards. Neither does house of blues rewards (Foundation room), or anything at station casino's. On our most recent trip last month wife and I used 2 MGM room rewards, one MGM slot play rewards, One Aria buffet for two, and one MC $50 food credit. We also got the max (either 4 or 5, cannot recall) one ride monorail passes each. We also got the foundation room reward and buffet for 2 & free tee shirt reward from Palace Station. We each still had a couple hundred thousand LP's we could not use.
