    Anyone here book theirs yet?

I just booked for PH in Vegas. I'll be doing the Red Rock Jeep Tour (Friday @ 0745) and Wine and Painting (Saturday @ 1600), then seeing Rod Stewart. For brunch I went with Sterling at Bally's.

I booked mine at Caesars Palace going in on Friday. I chose Cascata golf (for hubby 7:06am tee time Saturday) and "making chocolate desserts" (Saturday 3pm), and then seeing Rod Stewart. Oh, and Sterling Brunch for Sunday.

I'm at PH. I've booked in for the jeep tour and the chocolate. I originally wanted Martorano's, but I just found out that it's at the Rio.....so I'm less interested. I've already seen Rod Stewart, so I went with Aretha Franklin. For brunch i''m giving Sterling a try....never been there.

I also just found out that the Red Rock jeep tour also includes a short hike. I love hiking at Red Rock......but on an August afternoon?...
    Haha....they will provide water!

Does anyone think the Vegas event will sell out soon? It's tough planning a trip that far in advance for a single guy who dates someone new every month. I suppose I could book the events and wait a while until I book airfare.

I hope so. I'll bring a camelback with a Gatorade and Vodka solution just to be safe though.

It will never "sell out." Some of the events might not have space any more, but they will book in as many people as they can and just cheapen the events even further for later bookings.

Yep, just wait to book the airfare. They don't ask for a second name.

I'll be at Caesar's Palace, the pole position racing (what the hell?) because they said the jeep tour was fully booked (what the hell??), the "making chocolate desserts," Rod Stewart, and Sterling Brunch. Super excited for Rod and always wanted to try the Sterling Brunch.

    I just booked too....

Staying at Caesars cause it's pool season and they have the best CET pool.
We went for the Aretha Franklin concert on Friday night, with the Jeep tour of Red Rock at Saturday @ 7:45am (don't want to be out in the middle of the dessert in Aug in the afternoon) and the Wine and Painting at Pho on 4:00pm also on Saturday. Sterling brunch on Sunday (Never been but heard great things).

    Perhaps our paths will cross!

Hmm, pool season. I almost want to change where I'm staying, but I like the PH casino so much more.

I don't think I'll be waking up early enough for a 7:45 tour.

Just booked my trip. Phone call lasted 52 minutes, most of which was me on hold while the rep looked for booking codes. She told me that none of the adventures are sold out but some are blocked based on your tier score. She said I was level 3 (265k tier credits) and nothing was blacked out. I booked the red rock tour on the 14th at 12:45 and the chocolates on the 15th at 3:00pm. But she then told me that for the brunch, Giadas is sold out so I choose Guy Fieri. Also I'm staying at Caesars Augustus tower. The welcome reception, Guy Fieris, jeep tour meeting area and the High Roller tickets are all at The Linq so it's good that Caesars is close to that. Rod Stewart is at Caesars and the chocolates are at Paris. I'm only 36 so I've barely heard of both performers but I went with Rod because I think I know one of his songs.

Interesting, that explains her awkward sounding comment at the end of my call. She said, "Thank you for being one of our highest Seven Stars members." At the time I figured that she just fumbled her words and either meant highest members or Seven Star members. I finished at just over 230K points.

I wasn't told that anything wasn't available though so I wonder what they block off and at what tier score.

I can't remember what tier score I finished the year off with, but I'm pretty sure it was < 200k....Nothing was blocked for me...

The event won't sell out but the offerings might change. Last year I booked late and my shania twain / Britney spears offer became Ballys jubilee or million dollar quartet (which are the free shows anyway). I ended up taking the cruise last year instead.

I don't mean to bash, but Rod Stewart had new hits into the late 80s/early 90s. You were already a teenager by then. And of course his songs continue to be played since then. So you really only know one of his songs?

I was booked into the 12:45 jeep tour.....didn't realize that there was a 745. Agreed....way too hot in the afternoon, so I changed mine!

For higher TR scores, there was Cascata golf offered for an Adventure choice. I saw it on someone's email ( I didn't have it as a choice). Those over 1mm were allowed to book early. Then those over 500k were also given the early booking opportunity.

I barely hit the 150K mark last year, so maybe that's why red rock was "fully booked" when I called.

Haha! Ice - surely you know more than one Rod Stewart song! Maybe you would recognize more if you heard them. I'm 33 and hubs is 36, and we both know and love Rod. :)
