You can find some of the Wheel of Fortune games for 25c or more because they have three reel versions, but for these other games they are almost always exclusively pennies: the newer ones are all 40 line video slots and at 25c that'd be $10 as the minimum bet (all lines, 1 credit per line) and that'd just put them out of the reach of most players which isn't going to cover the licensing fees associated with the content.

As far as what you can find and where to play: I don't recall seeing a Match Game machine, but then I've never looked one either... but you should find some variation of Monopoly and Price is Right (there are quite a few versions of both of these) in just about every casino.

And for 25 cent video slots: check the high limit rooms of most casinos. You probably won't find too much in the way of themed or trademarked content, but you will find a lot of the traditional video slots on the casino floor but in higher denominations. Depending on the casino you might find a few on the general casino floor, but the best place to find them will be the high limit rooms.

Sams town in Tunica MS has it. I've yet to see it in vegas. I like the game but the game definitely doesn't like me.
