Usually stay at PH but looking for a CET change and opted for Caesars.

Host has us set up for the Augustus room, high up with fountain view.
Does this room come with a Frig or will I have to ask for one at the front desk?
PH is right next to CVS which is great to get some misc items. Where is the closest place in Caesars to pick up some misc items? Is there a ABCs in the mall?

Only been in Caesars casino a few times.
Where are their Top Dollars machines?
How is the crew at the Craps table? Have never played Craps at Caesars, but played plenty at Ballys, Paris and some at PH. How does the crew at Caesars compare?

What method of egress do you recommend for fastest access to the strip from the Augustus tower and is it faster to exit from the mall if looking to head further North on the strip?

Do you get to move to the front of the buffet line if staying at Caesars?

How is the new Smashburger place that just opened there?

I will probably have more questions, but that is all I can think of at the moment.

    do what i can here.

no refridgerator in room except the one the mini-bar uses. dont even pick a bottle up or move it or it will charge you for it

there is a shop in the main lobby check in that has many things depending what you may need. drinks, medicine, condoms ect

dont know about slots or craps but all the other table games, everyone was very nice.

depends where your trying to go on the strip, to get to PH fast i use the escalater by the valet and cut through the bellagio. if you use the one that crosses the strip by the flamingo, you have to do the long up and down, come back ect thing by balleys.

you dont skip lines, there are lines though for 7*, diamond and everyone else...other resturants if there is no line and your a 7* you can walk up and cut in front and you get next available table

smash wasnt opened yet last time i was there but the one where i live is good

I like the Caesars craps crews. The table layout throws me off. It is different than what you find at Bally's,Paris and PH. There are no hop gets on the stout. You can still make them, but they are call bets. The horn layout is also different. I believe some payouts are different as well. I rarely see a $10 table there.

The fastest access to the strip will be for you to exit at the Agustus valet door and walk along Flamingo to the Strip. If you are heading north, I'd just go out the main door by the main valet.

    Augustus is nice.
No fridge - could get a small mini "medical fridge" if needed.
Might be a closer option, but we went to Walgreens near Planet Hollywood earlier this month (we also stayed at Cosmo, and it was right across from there basically)
Top Dollar - man, I used to love that one, I can't remember where I saw them, didn't play it really last trip, I know there are a few in the high limit areas for sure.

Augustus tower to strip, you can exit out the main door pretty easily - out near Serendipity, the SE corner of the property to get on strip. We didn't go north directly much, but I'd probably still go that route rather than meandering through.

Regarding the buffet line, if you are diamond and up, you can basically move to the front (there are signs). Don't think they did anything for platinum?

The other questions, I can't answer. Though, we ate at Earl of Sandwich there, and it was pretty good. Not nearly the line like the one at Planet Hollywood.

I did a similar move in February, from PH to Caesars. I won't do that again. PH is a much more fun and lively crew. I also drink a lot and it was tough to get the drink server to come by (the first couple times).

I don't see myself straying from PH again anytime soon. If I do, it'll just be to try out a non-CET property.

Best access to the Strip south is via the Flamingo valet entrance. It's right near the Diamond Lounge.

If you're going in the DL, get there early. Even 7* have lineups.

There's a Walgreens across the street at the north end of Casino Royale next to the Denny's. It's about a 2 block walk from the casino exit at Caesars. No ABC store in the Forum Shops.
