    My Trip Report

Happy birthday to me.. happy birthday to me...

Well, time for another trip, and hopefully live(ish). This will be my 2nd trip for March. The first one was the first week of March, and a last min trip. Didn't do great, but at least I came back only down about $300 or so. So, for this trip, I'm hoping to make up for that, and then some. I'll be staying at The D, and going to a couple of places I haven't checked out yet. With any luck since my B-Day is Sunday, the luck will be with me all week. There won't be any PleePleus costumes, and no pphold/Natedog bank rolls(unless you multiply by 10). But, hopefully, I can take plenty of pictures of low rolling chip porn from the craps table. Don't think I can compare to Tbone, but I'll do what I can. Might be able to sneak a few of the dancing dealers at GG, and The D.

So far here's what I have in FP:
The D $50 Got to love when you're there the last day of the month, and the 1st day of the next.
4Queens: $80 (same deal, $40 for March, $40 for April)
    GG: $20 ($10 March/$10 April)

And, I have $50 in food from The D coming to me($25 March/$25 April). So, all told, looking good so far.
And, $15 from Golden Gate.(used March already)

    The plans so far:
Monday - Visit Gamblers supply's for some chip holders, and go to ElCo. Maybe Pizza Rocks as well
Tuesday - Steak at Vic & Anthony's (I try a new place each trip)
Wed - Jeff Dunham (Not like pphold does, I already have my tickets :evillaugh ) visit Riviera for the last time.

I'm hoping to increase my chip collection a good bit this week. So, we'll have to see how it all goes.

Just be kind if I happen to follow in pleepleus/PayTriple/pphold steps, and do a drunk posting. :drunk: bunch of degenerates.... they're my heroes.

Thanks craiger, that's the plan. At least this time I'll get in town with some sleep. My last trip, I landed after I had been up for almost 26 hours. Not a good way to start. I might have to do this more often. It's nice to be able to hit them up twice in 1 trip. And, I'm blaming the lack of sleep on loosing. Hey, it sounds good at least.

    Good food; expensive wine.

I have taken my wife to V&A each of the last two years. We really like the food. The service is also very good. However, their mark-up on wine is closer to 5x than 3x liquor store prices. If you have not already, join the Landry's Select Club. It costs $25 to join but you immediately get a $25 coupon which you can use at V&A and you get a $25 coupon every year on your birthday month in addition to other benefits. Happy Birthday and have a great trip!

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes.:beer: No big drinking tonight. It would stink getting into Vegas hung over.

Just checked in with Allegiant. Had to move seats because some bonehead got the seat right next to me. Allegiant is using the 727-200 so there's 3 seats on each side. I had the isle seat, and someone else had got the window with an empty seat between us. So, I'm a couple of rows farther back near the window. But, now I can watch the mother land as we land. Less than 24 hours.

Thanks for the idea Spivderman. I'll have to take a look at them. I'm not sure how often I'll go there, but it never hurts.

Time to finish laundry, and get packing.

Good luck Fullboat! I had a great birthday trip a couple weeks ago. Good enough that I am headed back tomorrow, so I hope your Birthday Luck is just as good!

I'll be the old broad sitting at the 4 Queens bar with a Pale Ale and a smoke chasing the progressives

I'll be in there off and on all week. I'll be wearing my VMB band. Fell fee to say hi. I'll probably either be at the bar, or the Silver Strike near it.

Finally made it to the gate. Just waiting for the plane to get here. Austin is busy today but I'm hoping my flight isn't fully booked it'd be nice to have a row to myself. And I'm mad at the security. He didn't even buy me a drink before he frisked me. Down side to having metal in me I guess.

So far I've had good luck with them. Only delays have been from weather and someone being sick.

I think Austin decided to go to Vegas with me. The Planes Full. And who in the world brings kids with them to Vegas. Saw 3 kids and 2 infants. Glad I have headphones. At least the lady next to me isn't bad on the eyes. ;-)

Happy Birthday and get a few hand pays while you're out there. Last time my wife won $2500 on a slot using her free play when she signed up for a players card. Good luck!
