    Hi all,
Been to Vegas many times (including 2 superbowls) but this is the first time i'll be there during the NBA playoffs in April. Because of the fact that games are every night, i doubt that my favorite sportsbook - Westgate/LVH - will be opening the theater for any kind of big viewing party.

I'm coming solo this time so while Westgate's sportsbook is an option, not only will i not be able to easily save my seat if i need to get up, but i also would rather have a decent food option nearby (not just the snack bar there).

So, i've switched my thinking to sports bars/restaurants. I've been to the Chicago Brewing Co. at 4 Queens but i forget whether the bartop VP has chairs w/backs (necessary for many hours of sitting as opposed to just a cushioned stool), and also whether they have more than one TV there. I've looked into a few places that are possibilities but again, comfort and food selection are what's important for this experience and it's hard to figure that out just from Yelp reviews.

Therefore, i open the conversation up to fellow sports enthusiasts for some insight on other possibilities either downtown or on the Strip. Bonus points if you know of places that actually broadcast the sound from the game and not just loud music.

    Thanks in advance VMBers!

You might try The Pub at Monte Carlo, but I was going to suggest: if you go to a sportsbook and have to get up for a little bit (go to restroom, go get food) and want to hold your seat what you could do is go to Walmart or something and get a $5-10 hoodie that you can just leave on the seat - that should hold the spot, but if somebody steals your hoodie you are only out a cheap hoodie.

    I have a better system - I steal a hoodie.

True enough RF! Auggie thanks for the suggestions. The Pub at MC is a possibility i'll consider.
