I recently got $1000 in match play, and was wondering if it was worth it to make the drive out there. Is this considered $500 in comp to you guys? Is my advantage way greater than the houses at this point if I play baccarat or blackjack, if i just play 10 hands at $100 a hand.

Do they have to be $100 bets? If there's anything else to help make it a worthwhile trip, I'd probably take the offer. Especially if these are matchplays and not promo chips. You just have to win 4 of the 10 hands to make a profit if they are matchplay chips. I've never heard of $100 matchplays. You must have played quite a bit there!

You know what they're depending on . . . that you'll stay and play beyond the $1000. If they see you "hit and run", you probably won't get any more offers.

If it were only an hour and a half drive, I'd certainly do it.
