Does your comped limo ride show up on the bill and how much?

Does your comped limo ride show up on the bill?

Usually when the host arranges the limo ride it still appears on the bill but then removed at the end.
Is that how it is normally done?
I thought if it is a comp then the charge would not appear on the bill at all.

 

I've had a comped limo back to the airport from MGM a few times and it has not been on the bill.

Nothing ever shows on the bill at MGM.

Where I've heard of this is at CET.

I believe the host can either comp it upfront or you can set it up on your own and they will bill it up the room and the host can comp it on the backend.

MGM doesn't offer this.

 

I haven't seen it on the bill at Palms or Trop.

 

We get the limo, rooms etc. The only thing that shows on our bill at Boyd is the fricking $10 per day internet charge. PER DEVICE. And they refuse to comp it. OTH, no resort fee, so it is our option.

 

At CET, airport limo does not show up as a room charge if you are 7 stars or Diamond Aspirations level 2. Other than that, I've seen the limo as a room charge and comped on the back end.

 

I've had it show up for $68 at Caesars but then I got the fee removed.

 

Just to confirm some of the answers. If you are Diamond level 2 (80k+ tier points) or Seven Star, the limo charge goes to a special line item on your room folio, but not on your bill. If neither than it will show up as an item on your actual folio, which if the host agreed to have it comped it can be taken care of when the rest of comps are processed. Typically I just comp it before arrival so it goes straight to my comps and doesn't show up at all on the room.

 

When I left Cet property, the limo was taken off my comps and my room was also comped, but I am only platinum so I kind of expected it.

 

At cosmo it never showed on the folio or bill. This was for one comped upfront and not on back end.

 

yup - never seen a limo on the room charges at MGM properties.

 

I've never seen a charge for it either across MGM, V/P, or WynnCore. I asked for a comped limo at Paris one time and they said I didn't have enough theo to cover which was complete BS as I lost about 14k in about an hour. Take it off as a discretionary comp against my actual losses!

 

I've always wanted to take a limo to or from the airport haha just to feel special. I've always just taken a cab or a shuttle...one day

 

Have your host arrange it......it really isn't a big deal. I send my host my flight details and he arranges transportation. If you're not 7 stars or diamond aspiration 2, the charge to your room is $65(approx) and it can be comped on the back end. For me, I like that my driver is waiting at baggage and I don't have to wait in line for a cab.

 

At MGM and CET I have never seen the limo show up.

BUT - I would think at certain levels it will show and then be comped, maybe even using your points.

I have another comp related question.
Usually I get my room reservation and it reads COMPED and the total bill is $0 before my trip.
My latest reservation reads :
Total $0
Resort/Other Fees: $97.44
Grand Total: $97.44

Is this something new or does this mean I am no longer getting the Resort Fee comped?????

Diamond and 7 stars don't have a resort fee. As of last fall, platinum players are being charged a resort fee.

 

I have not had my comped limo bill show up on my folio. I have a question though for anyone that gets a comped limo. How much do you tip the driver?
