What free shuttle would I take to get from McCarren to Gold Coast Casino.
I do have the free shuttle list that leaves McCarren to GVR, Red Rock, Suncoast and Southpoint. Any suggestion on how & where to navigate from these location to Gold Coast?
    Thanks in advance.

There is no free shuttle from McCarran to Gold Coast. We took a taxi last year, which cost $20.00.

There's a free shuttle from Gold Coast to Orleans and Bally's.

Rent a car. The shuttles for GVR and Red Rock are for hotel guests only and they do check. You could take the free Harrah's shuttle from Bally's to Rio and then walk through the parking garage to get to Gold Coast. But a rental car will be much easier. Parking is free and plentiful and streets are easy to navigate.

Take the WAX bus, get off at the MGM stop. ($2 fare; $1 fare if you're a senior)
Ride the MonoRail up to Bally's ($5 one-way)
Take the Shuttle from Bally's to GoldCoast.
    $7 (or $6) total.
OR, like someone suggested, if there's two of you, maybe take a taxi?

I don't think the shuttle to Gold Coast allows luggage.

The Gold Coast shuttle no longer goes to Bally's. It goes to the Forum Shops at Caesars instead and still goes to the Orleans. They have a sign with the new info about their shuttle posted at the casino. Some info on their website: http://www.goldcoastcasino.com/stay/shuttle-service

Hey thanks guys for the suggestions. Just rented a car. Waited till now because of the high cost of car rental. Found one with EZ car rental that I can live with.
This year the cost of EVERYTHING has risen. Airfare from Portland, Ore has doubled and if it wasn't for reserving our rooms right after midnight Thanksgiving,
the room rates for the condo we stay at would have been about 30% higher.
Reno is starting to look enticing again. Perhaps Reno may be the last Nevada destination going forward. And driving is an option.

Unless I'm blind, I didn't see anything in the link about it going to the Forum Shops. Wonder why the change after all these years. Glad I found out before I arrived.

Actually, the 108 only goes north from the airport, although you can also catch the 109 North, whichever arrives first. (Be careful, the 109 S heads in the opposite direction.
I just booked today, and intend to do what I just said, having done so on numerous occasions. Hey, $1.50 (with the old fart card) for a 2-hour pass works for me!
