    So I decided I'm in Vegas monthly and might as well go ahead and get a second place in town. I love the Hard Rock, but thought the economy's on the upswing... let's go ahead and invest in a place. I was adamant though, that it stay outta the press. Looks like they went ahead and released the info anyways. Open the slideshow and you'll see why I just had to make the deal. The SunCoast, right outside, will be my new home-casino.

    In the days of $50-$100 million dollar penthouse sales happening left and right in Manhattan, a $7.7mm penthouse sounds almost quaint.
