    Hey guys,

Sorry for this kind of rookie question but I don't play at CETs ever (or much beyond the coupon books, really):

How much would I need to play through on a new CET players card to get a weekend offer from the lower tier properties?

If I remember correctly, someone on here said you could probably get some weeknight offers at places like Harrahs and Rio by just running $20 through a machine when I first sign up.

How about to get weekend offers at those same low-end places? $200? $300? Or I am way low here? Just curious if anyone had any info on this.

    Thanks!

I don't think that's true, at least not a typical case. Unless the person is already a high tier member at other casino clubs.

you will need to do more than run a $20 thru a machine. most likely you would have to earn a decent amount of tier credits during your trip. i earned around 1000 or so and have comped rooms during the week for my next trip

I agree, I was able to get comp offers with 800 points in a day, but remember, that's $4000 in action at CET.

A few in my family get comped weekends with ~300 tier points/day earned, maybe a little more than that. This is slots. Less might be possible as well.

It does depend on the weekend though. Things like NYE, March Madness, Superbowl obviously don't count.

One session of about $500 got me $250 FP, 5nights any property any time and loads of other offers. I gambled an additional $1,000 and $1,600 on two different trips there after and got offers for junket trips to laughlin and cruises. About $2.00 average bet. I consider that very little. I would guess $250ish at $1 bets would put you in the range your looking for.

That's not bad. The lower end of the hotel chain though? I wonder how much they would expect out of vp players for the same offers.

    " . . . gambled an additional $1,000 and $1,600 on two different trips . . . "

Yes, but that could be anywhere between 200 and 1000 TCs (using $5/$TC as a basis), depending on how long it lasted.

TCs and ADT are the measuring stick.

Since I first started giving CET a little action 3-4 trips ago, I tend to rack up around 500 tier credits per day and I have comp offers for the mid-tier properties almost all days and even some of the upper end properties during the weeks and occasional weekends.

I play about 4 hours at BJ for a bet averaging around 50-100 per hand and I get all weekdays, including Friday, and occasionally Saturdays at lower tier properties.

Running a 20 won't get you on their radar unfortunately, but a few hours of play on a slot machine or bets of around 25 per hand at table games for a few hours will get you Sunday-TH if you do it for a couple days.
