On the single lady meetup thread and some other threads people talk about the maximum they want to bet but what is the MINIMUM you can bet and still have fun in the casino?

The lowest I can play and have fun is at $10 blackjack and roulette and $5 craps but I normally play higher then all those amounts.
For video poker I can play quarters but usually play dollars and slots it doesnt matter.

    How about you?

I prefer $5 craps as I place all of the inside numbers. The swings are a bit much for me at $10 but I usually do end up playing that amount anyway since it's easier to find. I'm with you on BJ, $10 is good for me as a minimum.

I cannot go under .25 for VP. Even on the multiple hand VP which I never really play. I've played $3 BJ/Craps and had a blast.

If places like Aria, Bellagio, etc. had $5 BJ games as good as the $100 games I'd play those. Why pay more for the same game and all... I'd play nickel VP if it was fullpay and offered at whatever casino I want to hang out in. I just like to play the best game available. When I'm not playing at the best table or machine avaialble I feel like I'm shortchanging my chances me with inferior rules.

The exception would be in the beginning of the year. I'd continue to play higher to hit my tier so I don't have to wait in lines, which is worth almost any price when you're actually stuck in a line.

$1.50 for slots, $15 for blackjack. Though both usually are higher

For me on blackjack I would say the cheapest game they have that is pitch, be it $5 or $25.

Craps I like $5 as the swings on $10 don't always let me play the way I like to.

Video Poker either 5 play nickel of quarter single play

Slots, assuming they are penny slots I like to do around $1.50 a spin

Probably at least a buck a spin for slots, and a red chip for table games. That one dollar blackjack at the Rivera might be fun drunk, but sober it would be a slog to me. So yeah, I'm easily amused. Winning also helps :)

    $25 BJ
    $5 craps
    $10 Carny
    $1 VP
slots-does not matter because I rarely play them

This would be bare minimum. Even if I were with good friends and having a great time, I don't think I could go lower, I would rather just go to the bar.

For me on slots, if I'm not playing at least $1.50/spin I don't really enjoy it. At tables $10min. Is cool with me.

.25 VP is the lowest I can go and still have my fun-meter pegged. But if I hit quads, I'll press a bit.

This past trip I played $5 DD at Main Street. I got bored pretty fast. Later that trip I played $15 FBBJ pressing up to $25 or $30 at times and that was hitting the right level of excitement. For VP single line it takes quarters to get comped beverages so it's quarters at worst for me. I like to do Royal Flushers Strict Rules of Parlay hoping for the 4oak or Royal at dollars. I'm usually at bar tops so I'm usually taking my time, enjoying my drink, making conversation, watching the game.

If I could find decent table games for $1 I'd be completely happy..
The cheapest I've found so far are:
    $2 UTH (Jerry's Nugget)
    $5 BJ or PaiGow
$1 Craps (with 10x odds; Jokers Wild)
Video Poker, single line has to be 25c, multiplay I can do 5c

Forty cent a game Keno ticket in the room while drinking $30 a bottle bourbon.

25 games a ticket though. If I'm lucky, I win the bourbon, if I'm not... after a while I don't care anyway.

Assuming the table is fun, $5 blackjack is possible.

Min bet slots if I'm playing around others, otherwise ~$1.50/spin.

I really don't have a set minimum but here's one for us low rollers. My son was playing slots @ Casino Royale (his first trip to LV). Penny slots, 1 line 1 cent, and ordering margeritas with $1 tip. I laughed and when I came back about 15 min. later I asked how it was going. "I've had 6 drinks and I'm up 30 cents!" LOL!!

$5 craps with odds and come bets with odds.
