I know that Bacchanal Buffet is open for breakfast, but I don't really want to eat that much for breakfast.

What are my other options? I would prefer sit-down, but to go might be OK.

    TIA.

We often do room service for breakfast at Caesars.

As good as any other option, and I don't have to get dressed!

In addition to room service, they have a 24 hour cafe near registration (we did eat there once - definitely sit down) and the Payard place? (Never ate there), the forum food court might have something, and I think there are two Starbucks.

Us, we tend to grab a few bananas or something when we get into town, that'll holds us over until we get up and around to get something to eat :)

I think one of the other restaurants might be open for breakfast, but can't remember (and on my phone, lol, to lazy to check website).

Serendipity 3 looks like it has a good breakfast menu.
