Hi, have many of you used Red Rock resort reward and if so, how was your stay? Have you used drink or meal rewards and what were the best ones? Even if not on a reward, what can you recommend for restaurants. Do any places have decent happy hour menus? What is the Red Rock buffet like? thanks.!
We used the 2 complimentary buffet reward and the $30 credit at T-Bones Steakhouse back in December. We arrived at the buffets towards the end of breakfast so we were able to take advantage of both breakfast and their lunch options. There was quite a decent amount and variety. We both enjoyed the buffet enough where I would definitely return. The place was not super busy, and the server made sure our drinks and waters were full at all times. T-Bones was also a great experience. The service was top notch and the food was great. I would have eaten here without the $30 credit for sure. I don't know anything about the happy hour stuff so I can't help there.
we plan on visiting red rock casino while in vegas. we are going to get the 2 games of bowling free reward. also if you get on youtube a lady does a walk through of the resort and the buffet. - - - Updated - - - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKtqgNTXyAA
Thanks.. I have many gold lps and have redeemed on many properties for many trips... For something new I decided to check out Red Rock in combination with another comp at Mandalay (they always tend to comp me there or the Delano) and thought we'd try to have a spa experience. Standard rooms look nice and perhaps we can even get an upgrade? Who knows.. often I do at other properties just for asking... Will check out the spa, the pool, maybe we'll bowl a couple of games, and will certaintly look at the buffet and steak house. If anyone can give any other tips or suggestions for restaurants or how the rooms/pool actually are, I'd appreciate it! Many thanks!
We stayed at Red Rock in the past in a standard room. We found the room to be very nice, nearly on a par with Encore but without the divider between the bed and sitting area. Bathrooms were very nice. There is only on bank of elevators on the north end of the building closest to the casino. Best to ask for a room near the elevator if possible as it is a long walk to the other end of the building. The buffet is good with fresh food and a good selection. It is NOT Bellagio or Wynn, but one of the best in it's price range. We also had breakfast in the coffee shop (Grand Café) and found it to be very good as well. There are several other choices that looked good but we did not try them. There is also a food court if you want something quick. The pool area looked very inviting, but we were there in December and it was cold so we did not use the pool. Not spa people so can't comment on that either for you. There is also a very nice bowling complex and multi screen movie theater if you tire of the casino. The gaming area is quite large and very friendly. Low stakes table games are easy to find with reasonable rules. We found the slots to seem looser than the strip. they are still designed to clean out your bankroll, but at a slower rate. The tables seemed to have good games. I did not see any 6-5 garbage, only full pay blackjack (3-2) with limits as low as $5. I put several hours in at Pai Gow Poker with $10 limits and had a great time. All of our interactions with staff were positive and friendly. All in all we enjoyed our stay there and intend to go back in late June this year. I believe that Stations considers this their top property, followed closely by Green Valley Ranch. Hope you have a great time while you are there.
Stayed at RR last week. Had a great room and a wonderful time. Enjoyed the spa/hot tub/sauna/steam room, etc. It was so relaxing. Had buffet several times and each time it was completely full of people. Very busy and good food. No real changes daily, though. Seafood on Friday night does not have crab legs. Saw a movie and went bowling. Great stay. We will be back!!!
