Wicked Spoon at Cosmo, the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, the buffet at Aria and the Wynn buffet are without doubt the best buffets in town. And when talking about food, you are always going to encounter different opinions. You can't argue taste.....

Everyone has a opinion so you are going to get a million different answers. I would say wicked spoon or bacchanal.

Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, no question. 2nd - Wynn.

Now, having said that, I have not tried the newest version of the Sterling Brunch at Bally's,

For me it is a 3 way tie:

    Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan
    Bacchanal Buffet at Caesar's
    Wynn Buffet at Wynn

The best is in the eyes of the beholder. But if you keep reading this thread you will see a pattern. The good ones will keep popping up.

At one time it was the Bellagio. Then Wynn. Then Cosmo's Wicked Spoon. At one time it was the M Resort's Buffet.

Every so often they take turns being the best.....

    My favorites by price point:

$$$: Bacchanal (Caesars Palace), Wynn, Bellagio.
    $$: Mirage, M Resort, PHo.
    $: Palms, Red Rock, Orleans.

All depends on your definition of "best." To us, that would be Studio B at M Resort. Not uber-expensive, yet high quality and includes beer/wine. Their pizza sucks, but you can't have everything. The desserts more than make up for it.

Caesars #1 and Cosmo #2. Sterling brunch was amazing but at $85 a person it's not for everyone.
