Nice if you would post what you know here. Name of Casino and whats the lowest minimum bet you have seen lately (2015)
Also what time of day (if you remember). Guess that many other would like this info to.

The Riviera had $1 bj during the day (around noon) back in October. I wasn't there at night so I don't know if it went up.

The lowest actual blackjack (meaning 3:2) available is $3...I know it's available at the El Co and the Fremont...and they have it 24/7.

The $1 game at the Riv? I've heard that a blackjack only pays 1:1 in that game.

Last week I played $5 BJ at main street station. Paid 3:2, hand dealt pitch game. Roulette was $1 chips with a $5 min.

Cosmo was $10 and $15 at roulette most of the time and up to $25 at busy times.

El Cortez $3 3/2 BJ and $0.25 chip Roulette. All day, everyday.

I know all the rules, but the rules do not know me...

Most downtown casinos you can find $5 BJ. Definitely during the day and a lot of times at night. I think Casino Royale on the strip has $5 BJ - not sure if it is 3:2 or 6:5.

Mind you this is July 2014 but I found a $5 roulette table at both Mirage and MGM. Both were late morning non smoking tables. MGM was about 9:00am on a Tuesday, Mirage was about 11:00ish on a Thursday.

We (meaning VMB) should establish that only games of "21" that pay 3:2 for a natural is "blackjack".
6:5 or 1:1 games should be called something else...so that nobody gets confused. Crapjack, perhaps?

This was my blackjack experience from late November 2014. Only 3:2 tables (of course). MSS was double-deck, GG was CSM, others were shoe games. Slight variations re: DAS, surrender, etc.

    Westin: $3 11a-5p
    Ellis Island: $5 24/7
    Golden Gate: $5
    Luxor: $5 weekday
    MSS: $5 as previously reported
    Bally's: $10 except at night sometimes $15
Paris: $15 usually, during the day sometimes $10
    Planet Hollywood: $15

I would bet it was 6:5 and CSM.

I'd venture to say the best/lowest limit Blackjack continuously available in Vegas, is at MSS.

    Gold Coast = $5 2 deck pitch, 3:2, H17, DAS permitted
    MSS, Fremont & Cal = $5 2 deck pitch, 3:2, H17, DAS NOT permitted.

    Gold Coast wins.

It's a bummer that Boyd does not offer DAS. That rule takes a lot of fun,and a small percentage, out of the game. Doubling is such a fun, and rewarding, component of the game I just can't get myself to play at places that don't offer it.

Both NYNY and Margaritaville have all day blackjack that pays 6:5. Can't remember if it was a csm or hand shuffle. Excalibur supposedly has a $5 table that pays 3:2. I'm heading out this weekend so if I see it I'll report back.
