So, I'm "jonesing" and have the urge to visit Reno without my Dad and my son.

Also suckered in for the points promotion.

Any pluses or minuses to East or West tower rooms?

I'm sure that Timspeed will have an opinion.

I prefer the West Tower because it is where the biggest casino is and most of the eateries are on this side too. Regardless, unless you get upgraded to a suite- I think you will find the rooms pretty small and basic.

I agree. We always chose West because it's "renovated", but it's literally the tinyest room you're likely ever to stay in...
If you could, I would choose Lake Tahoe over Reno...they have 8/5 BP from 25c-$2 at the Avalanche Bar...

Yeah, no comp offers for Harrah's or Harvey's Lake Tahoe.

Reno is OK for me. West tower it is.

Thanks to Timspeed and all others for the input.
