    My Trip Report

    I am not tremendously impulsive. Every bit of every Vegas adventure is planned out in advance. Same with life. When an impulse hits, I've usually either found a dozen reasons to quash it, or else I've worked it out to the point where I've planned the impulsivity right out of it.

    Not this time!

    When Scottndindi brought up this thread on $29 fares from Chicago to Las Vegas, I barely took time to consider it, and then I goaded my wife into approving it. It took about 15 minutes from the time I saw his post until the time I booked the tickets. I didn't even recognize myself.

    Richard Sherman's tears aren't even dry yet, but I've already kicked out my trip report from this weekend. Certainly record time for me, but then again, I was in Vegas for only 25 hours.
