Hi everyone. Usually I get emails from MGM Entertainment for all their hotels in Vegas. $xx a night here.. $yy a night there.. but all of a sudden I get this email from a specific person at Mandalay Bay (where I do play alot).

If I'm planning another visit should I talk to this person or just go through mlife.com like I usually do.

No a host has reached out to you. I would absolutely take this opportunity to work with this individual who obviously wants to work with you. In MGM's system working with a host can be much more beneficial, and they can get around corporate policies, whereas just calling the VIP services won't help.

    Definitely work with the host.

I got several e-mails like this from the Cosmo ranging from player development director to casino hosts to marketing people.

I looked her name up and found on LinkedIn that she may be moving from a VIP services person, into a host position as it appears. She's probably trying to gather a player pool. The bottom line is it doesn't hurt to have an individual on your side to work with and cut through red tape to help you.

Thanks for the info. When I go to vegas I usually only play at MB or MGM Grand. I'll definitely touch base with this person since I may show up in March or May/June.
