Been consistently getting about the same offer every "season" for the last 2 years. Currently still waiting on my "Spring" offer, I am sure it will come but when I called to see if maybe they have it already and I haven't received notification of it... MLife tells me it will be here when my current offers expire January 31st. Which I understand is only 5 days away but I'm trying to book for March during March Madness and don't want to get screwed because of a black-out or sell-out.

Is it too hard to send out subsequent offers once the current offers are nearing expiration? Since my offers expire January 31st, why not send out the next set that will likely extend through March or April around mid-January?

MLife never ceases to amaze me with policies or their terrible website and IT department. You'd think a corporation that large would be able to figure out the small stuff. Not to mention look and see that I get the same 3 night offer for the last 2 years and book me for 3 nights in March under the assumption that I will get the offer.

Sorry, just needed to rant lol.

Now I am off to watch my beloved Pistons get clobbered by LeBron and the Cavaliers! If you're a betting man, take the Cavs -8.5, I've been to 3 Pistons games this year and with me in attendance they haven't kept it closer than 16.

Why not just call casino services at whatever casino you want to stay in and ask what they can do for you? Worst case they can't help you. Best case they can set you up with an attractive offer. They can often do more than the standard offers, depending on your play of course.

As everyone else suggested, call your home casino to see what they will offer you.

Trust me, mlife can not be worse than CET right now.

Got mine a couple weeks ago and from several casinos too. Better deals though when I call VIP Services.

I guess I wasn't clear in my original post... I did call when checking on my normal offer and they told me that they could do nothing for me until I had received my offer. Hence the an payment. I've gotten the same 3 night offer for legitimately 2 years straight no gaps and now I call and they act like they've never heard of me or that I never had an offer although I'm willing to bet the system shows recent/past offers. Considering staying at SLS this trip since I know a host out there and know I will be taken care of.

Got my Bellagio offer this morning. Only offers through March 31 for me so far, though. This will cover March Madness, at least!

And, klawrey, good luck on the bar exam!

But there's a difference in talking to Mlife and speaking directly to a host at the casino.

I have "Winter" offers from both Luxor and Excalibur on the Mlife site. Both offers go through June 30. The offers have been on the site since the end of December.

I am just now able to log in to my Mlife for the first time and I have a question, what is your "home casino". Would mine be Aria, since I see "My Aria offer" then special rates for the others? It's funny, I've only been there once, with a MyVegas comp, but a month later I paid full price at Delano.

I would say no. Aria is first because they post the casinos in alphabetical order.

IMHO, if you have any "free" or "enhanced" offers that would be your "home casino".

For example, I have "The Buzz" offer for MGM Grand and an "enhanced offer" from Mirage. Those are the two properties where I have a host and stay the most at.

What not just book EXACTLY what you want for MM and then change it based on your offer?

Yeah brutal! Especially since the Cavs were up 12 to 14 consistently until about 1:15 left.

Because the last time I booked and tried to change based on my comp they gave me the run around and it took 3 phone calls for them to figure out what was going on then took about 2 weeks to refund the deposit they took for the original reservation. I'm currently studying for the bar exam and don't have the time to sit on the phone with MLife multiple times to get my money back. So I'll wait for them to send the offer, which I'd bet any tangible property in my possession will be exactly identical to what I always receive and just hope I don't have problems with blackouts or sell-outs and if so I'll take my business elsewhere. I have an offer elsewhere booked as a back up. Told the lady at VIP Services I'd be booking at offer at another non-MLife property as a back up and she apologized profusely but said there was nothing she could do so not like they were trying to hard to keep me. I'd prefer they just have some logic in sending out offers, that's all.
