"Up to" -- you'll probably get $5. Stations offers aren't worth the paper they're printed on. They are ridiculously low nowadays. I gave 'em $36,000 coin in one day on dollar single line Triple Double Bonus and my regular quarterly offers are $50 free play and $25 dining credit with a couple free nights (GVR or Red Rock).
