Palomino Club

FYI-- just found out that the Palomino Club is offering a VIP ride (free cover and round trip from your casino/hotel).

Question: Has anyone been there recently and what did you think of the place? I read mixed reviews (night and day) on Yelp.

 

I haven't been there in probably about 5 years or so. I vowed never to go back as we were convinced our bottle of "Grey Goose" was really a mixture of rubbing alcohol and water. Never have I suffered such a severe hangover.

Also, you should be wary of an establishment of a place that has a sign that states, "No Pimping"

We all know that it isn't easy.

 

Haha... I actually was there for my bachelor party back in 2007 but I don't remember (we hit Cheetah's first). My father in law (yes he was there) said I was a mad man and I had a great time. He still likes me so I guess that's a good thing. For my April trip, I will probably stick with CHIII then as it's my father in law's time to shine

 

Its been about a year since I was there. I went with a bachelor party of about 15 guys. Palomino picked us up in a party bus. I would rate the average girl a 7 out of 10. While I think the girls at the Rhino are hotter the main difference is that Palamino is full nude with alcohol. I believe it is the only Vegas club that goes full nude and serves. Overall we had an awesome time.

The one downside I had to this trip club trip was I tried taking a cab back to the strip and my driver "missed his turn" and accidently ended up downtown. I told him to just drop me off at the Golden Nugget. My cab fare was about $25 so I think there was something a bit shady going on with the cab ride.

 

I went there with my wife this past summer. It was a big Meh to me. Very tired looking interior. I thought it would look nicer in my mind. I did not get any dances or anything. The cost seemed high to me. Also as you may not know but my wife is made of stripper repellent! So even if I wanted a dance I would have had to chase em down! The place was packed and the girls were good looking. We were able before we left to get a seat by the stage.

We did the Limo and yes it was free cover and round trip transportation. When we were on the way though the driver quoted us a cover charge, and I told him we were promised free cover. He gave us a "I will need to check it out" But it seemed to me he was trying to screw us IMO. He did not press us on it much after though.

 

I will add to ehhhh factor..Was there MANY years ago. Place was dumpy, almost seemed dirty, and drinks were kinda watered down. Gals were decent looking and body wise. Wound up staying because there was a gal that used to live in my hometown area... and wound chatting for a bit and DID get a GOOD couple of dances with her.

Went there years ago to see a girl a buddy knew from high school. She was legit, others not so much. Ever seen the movie Superbad where the guy gets "something" on his jeans. Yeah that happened to me there.

 

That's cool you had an awesome time but that cab ride back to the strip was shady... Sounds like a long haul... Were your buddies able to take the party bus back to their hotels on the strip or did they wind up taking cabs back also?

 

That's cool about the round trip transportation but shady dealings going on with the cover. Good thing you didn't have to pay. Did you tip your limo driver?

 

The way you described Palomino's is exactly how it was described in Yelp... But that's cool it turned out well in the end with the dances!

 

I tipped him I think $20 upon arrival cause I wanted him to respond to my text to get us.... to essentially guarantee our pick up.... $5 on way back as a means to show displeasure for trying to screw us...

Trust me I didn't even Yelp did reviews of strip clubs LOL!!!

 

I didn't know it either until I put Palomino Club in my search browser and Yelp popped up with reviews LOL

 

Went there in August on a Wednesday night. There were about 10 girls working, all 6s or 7s. Me and my friends all got great mileage from the half hour $100 private lap dances. I would definitely go there again, but my preference is still Sapphire for the number and quality of girls.

 

My buddies cabbed back also. They did not offer roundtrip to us. I think it was definitely a long haul. I think the driver knew I was drunk and was trying to take advantage.

 

Great mileage is what our group is looking for and thanks for the info... So, on an early Fri or Sat evening would you still recommend Sapphire over Palomino's? Never been to Sappire before... The great mileage, the round trip back to the hotel and no cover charge is a nice deal though...

 

Yes, sounds like it... Luckily a few of the guys in my group don't drink but like strip clubs so I'm good there. But that really sucks they didn't offer you or anyone else in your group round trip transportation back to your hotels... It's part of the package.
