I recently received an offer from M Life two complementary nights at the Luxor Hotel. I went online and booked through my M life account. Now when I go to view the reservation I cannot find my reservation listed. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Sorry to say, but mLife's website is pathetic.

As long as you have a confirmation number, you should be OK. I booked 2 comps through their website and couldn't get either of them to display.

I asked them to send me a hard copy confirmation letter, which they did.

I have a printout off the email they sent me when I booked. Thanks for the info. I was just worried that I wouldn't have a room after all.

Once you book it you cannot view it or change it online. Pathetic. Any changes have to be made by calling them..

In reservations I have 2 trips from last year that I never booked that are stuck and won't go away. Any news trips dont show up. TotalRewards owns MLife when it comes to websites.

I had the same experience with comp reservation at Mandalay Bay...reservation would not show up on Mandalay Bay website. Called VIP Services and was told that all was good...no worries.

I would go beyond calling for confirmation.
The website is pathetic beyond explanation.
I currently have 3 offers from Aria.
Two for comped SkySuites with $400 resort credit and 2 free tix to Zarkana and another for discounted rooms offering me $500/night for the same room.WTF?
I usually call my host and can get a better deal than what is online.
A couple times he was away,I called VIP and they gave me a better offer than the website.
I don't know your level of play but you won't get it if you don't ask.

    Agree!

Every single time I've tried to book something on MLife I've had a website issue. I just booked Aria for July, and after clicking the final "book now" button... 30 seconds of nothing then an error message. I did get an email confirmation. But like many others have said, I'm now left with uncertainty about my booking. Which has been the case every single time.

The Total Rewards properties themselves have their issues, too, of course. But the website is pretty easy to use (despite the recent non-upgrade "upgrade"). The calendar function works well--I can see at a glance two months' worth of rates at ten properties, unlike with mLife.

    Again, disagree.

I find the Mlife website much easier to use than the TR website...

As with everything, you will find both opinions...

Agree with the MLife website not being as good as it could be. I had seen that none of my recent trips were listed under completed stays so I contacted them and the replied that there is a glitch they can't do anything about.

That's the same thing they told me. "All members are experiencing this problem" I wasn't impressed by their response.

Just curious...why do you care about past stays being logged on the mlife site?
