I've never asked, as they only cared about total Theo at check out. I was told a trip resets after 4 days of no play.

The comps are the same from my experience. 4 days of 500 each = 1 day at 2000 with 3 no play days.

Makes sense now. Last time I checked out the host just gives me hours total and average bet, no mention of it being daily.

To my knowledge, it's midnight to midnight. We asked back in 2013 during the former $100 slot loss rebate, RIP. I would hope they wised up and changed this though. Midnight to midnight is seriously terrible.

CET in Vegas is typically 6a to 6a, and I think MGM typically is 3a to 3a. I could be wrong on MGM though.

Many Casino's are reluctant nowadays to reveal this information due to money laundering concerns.

Additionally, some casinos will file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) with the US Treasury for simply asking this question at the cashier. Seems extreme, yes, but that's the world we live in now.

I put in about 6k points slots (ended up about even) on New Years Day, enough on another thread for wrap-around offers. Came back a few hours later, at 1am Jan 2nd and played low limit LIR for a couple of hours. I haven't seen an uptick in offers at all. I'm guessing it has to do with a weird cutoff time of midnight or thereabouts.

Really?? I guess I won't even ask when I get there, but what if u were to ask the Identity desk?? I'm trying to plan my gaming between CET and Cosmo. I have 1 night comp at Bally's and then 1 night comp at Cosmo (Sterling free room for the yr). I'm thinking about giving Cosmo more play, cause of the diminishing comps at CET that I (and everyone on the boards) have been getting. And CET's bankruptcy isn't helping.

My host told me the same thing about asking that question. She said to be careful who I ask about the gaming day. I said my intent was not to hurt my ADT. She understood but she said people try to game the system in regards to money laundering.

honestly im not sure how sophisticated their systems are. I was told 3 days of no play ends a trip. So from what I understand from the hosts, they care about final theo and hours played, no so much on the day to day theo generated. So from my understanding it doesn't matter when u put in the play. Either 1 day vs 2 days it doesn't matter as long as the hours add up to the be same. For computer generated marketing sakes, I think its anyones guess.

I'd ask the question about the gaming day and if they wanted to get all secret agent on me and think I am trying to launder money then I'd find it amusing. I'd be like the dudes in Office Space asking some door to door salesman about money laundering while looking it up in the dictionary - I wouldn't have the first idea how to do it....so I have nothing to hide. Of course I'd preface the question with the whole "I want to ask what the gaming day is because I don't want to hurt my ADT..."
