CasaBlanca Express purchase.

Would like opinions if you've ever purchased those Casablanca Express hotel vouchers usually found on Deal Chicken or other similar ads.
I purchased one for 2 nights ( the usual restrictions apply.....Sun thru Thurs only) for the Circus Circus in Vegas with expiration date in Sept of 2015.
This one also included a $50 food credit so I thought it was worth the gamble.
Questions;
1) Can I assume this is "mostly" legit?
2) Are the rooms only in the Manor?
3) If so, did you try the $20 trick to upgrade?
4) What exactly will the food voucher buy? I mean, what eateries at CC are they good for?
