Flamingo has one that starts at 20K and goes up daily. Theres a room share if your seated and a double share if your at the table it hits at. You won't find anything close to better on the strip as far as bad beat promos go.
OP is referring to playing poker in a casino poker room. A bad beat jackpot is pretty common: its a prize pool that grows through play and when somebody takes a bad beat that meets the jackpot criteria the bad beat jackpot is awarded. Usually when awarded the prize pool is split up amongst all the players at the table where the player that suffered the bad beat gets the largest share and then the player that gave them the beat gets the second largest and then each player at the table that was involved in the hand gets a smaller share. These jackpots can usually grow pretty large because they aren't easy to win - its not for something like "my aces got cracked!" but for something like when a hand like quads or better is beaten (IE: your quads loses to a better four of a kind or a straight flush or your straight flush loses to a better straight flush)
Also if you plan on "trying" to win the bbj, its way better to play limit then no limit. Odds are much better that bbj hit at limit, then no limit.
90% of the poker rooms in Vegas are listed here. They show limits offered, all Promotions ( I e badbeats, High Hands, Free rolls etc) and a phone number to call for questions. Hope this helps http://www.bravopokerlive.com/site/scasino
