    The villa level. Guess I don't really understand your question. If you're asking where the villa level is, its right above the casino. if you're in a room facing the fountains, look down. The little pools surrounded by trees and statuary are the villas. You're correct, the elevators from the VIP area have a button to access the villas (I have never pressed it, but I would guess your key card has to be programmed to access that floor). There's a button for the villa level also in the main elevator bank, but I'm fairly certain those elevators only go to the villa and penthouse floors.

    Just a glance into high society.
    Is it open to the public?
    Or usually locked doors unless there is a game going on?

    Are they exempt from public view because they have a live video feed to gaming commission?
