I just received yesterday in the mail an offer for Beau Rivage. Includes room, airfare out of Columbus, OH and a large amount of free play. In the past I received offers from Beau Rivage but not with this much free play. Has anyone received this type of offer and traveled to Beau Rivage? What did you think of the property and the charter flight etc.? Thanks.

Another Beau fan here. The place is beautiful. Wish they'd send us an offer like that. We get free rooms and some free play but no airfare. BTW, they are pretty generous with offers-FP, concerts, slot tournaments, Super Bowl invites. I think you would be happy there.

We did the trip out of MSP in December. Property was very nice.. reminded me a little of Wynn. Sun Country does the flights, free liquor on the way out (No Beer) and drinks are well pour liquor - the FA's pour them out of a jug. We were not offered free play, but did earn $250 in Express Comps- did not use them as we stopped in the host office before we left and asked them to review our play, they comped ll food charges off our bill. I would definately go back. Steakhouse was excellent. Easy walk next door to Hard Rock. We rented a car and checked out a few other casinos - Harrahs was OK.. Golden Nugget was very nice. and BUSY.

I've taken advantage of this offer a couple of times before. The Beau is a nice place to stay and play.....One thing is check to see if transportation to the Beau and back to the airport i included.... It cost my wife and I around $30.00 each our last trip.

I didn't look too carefully at my offer but I did notice it was now for first class seats. Guess they must have changed charter aircraft?

There are 12 first class seats. The only plus to these seats is the extra room, No food, no additional drink options. We paid for an upgrade.. and don't feel it was worth the price. The Beau Rivage provided buses for us that took us directly from the Chartered plane to the hotel, where they had a seperate check in set up and handed you your rooms keys and players cards - plus instructions on luggage pick up and time the bus departed for our return flight.

I got airfare out of Tenn or NC and $600 FP.....thinking about going in late Feb. I have never been to Beau, but have been on the junket to Gold Strike. Tried to post a pic of the offer, but can't figure out how to do it from my phone.

Don't know about the flight part but the Beau is real nice. I love going there. Their buffet was excellent as well.

My GF and I spent 3 days there a couple of weeks ago. We really like the Beau, especially in the summer when the pool is hopping. If you play Caribbean Stud Poker, the jackpot was $142 K when we left on Dec. 30. Hogman, the Beau is having a $100,000 slot tournament from 1/22 thru 1/24 if you have a chance to extend your stay. I got my invitation last week and haven't quite decided whether to go or not.

What's up with the Beau. Me and my BF both just got an offer in the mail today. We haven't been there, but we've gotten offers before - but with no free play. My offer includes today includes $1,000 in free play, BF's includes $800. Too bad it's too close to our trip to Las Vegas to take advantage of it.

Look at the payout on the tournament. It's awful. They are trying not to get hurt. Top prize is 10k fp nothing special in relation to the total payout. They are paying all spots just a little.

The thing I don't like about the Beau Rivage is that it pays less for slot play

"For slot play in Las Vegas M life casinos, you receive ten (10) Tier Credits for every Base Point earned. When playing at Beau Rivage or Gold Strike Tunica, you receive two (2) Tier Credits for every Base Point earned."

For those of us who are "point hounds", that's a big difference.

You are correct about the tier credits, but I have always gotten better discretionary comps(food and Beverage) at both the Beau and Gold Strike, which I do not get any in Las Vegas.

Agreed, and for travel purposes, it's a lot closer for many people. Las Vegas is an hour plane ride for me, which allowed me to go 12 times last year.
