Don't know how long it's been up, or how long it will last, but you can check your offers and points again. Hopefully it will stay up long enough for the W/L statements to appear in a few weeks.

    Cool thanks.
I just logged in so much easier to be able to see offers, but when i click on my offer:
a pop up windows appears it just shows a graphic of the grazie card and a phone number to call.
no details, dates, description of any kind.
    you guys seeing this too??

New year so guess status point reset....

Yes. If I remember right, when Grazie would post new offers, sometimes they didn't have the offer details graphic ready, so you would get a similar message. Eventually a graphic with the details would start appearing. We'll see if that's what happens...

The only offers I have have a start date of Jan 5, so we'll see in a maybe week or so.

Interesting they still have me at Gold Level even though I haven't set foot in the place since 2012.

Excellent, thanks for the heads up!

I have offers until early March but I'm getting the same issue. I click on the offer to see what it it, the screen seems to refresh (no pop-up and I don't have blocker activated as far as I know), and nothing happens.

I signed out in Chrome and tried in Explorer to see if it was a browser issue but now I get a log-in error even though I logged out of Chrome:
•You have been already logged in and you cannot open multiple sessions. Please logout your previous session and try again later.

Hopefully it automatically resets after some time...

I'm glad it's back up since all I really cared about seeing were my points and comp balances, and my win/loss statement.

The comp offers are the same as what I'm currently getting by USPS.

Same here - the offers listed are the ones I get from mail.

However I have a host, not a true host, but a "casino relationship manager", who helps me book and will stray outside the offers a bit. Like for the March Madness trip she was able to apply my offers despite them showing good only through 01 March. She added some free play and food credit too.

I am glad the site is back up!

    One of the annoying things.

I sometimes neglect to "log out". Grazie will not let you log in with a new session until you log out of the old session. They want you to :log out" of the previous session. What if you can't get to the previous session??

Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait until the session times out.

Another annoying thing is that they just "turned on" the old site. Platinum is still showing "Blue Man Group" upgrades as a perk.

I noticed my offers seem to have tanked there as well since December and I haven't gambled there recently. Went from 3 or 4 nights comped with 300 in FP to 129 a night and 60 in FP.

What kind of play at Venetian do we need for 300 free play?

I play black chips baccarat and all I see is $100 table match play per stay and free rooms.

Never play slots save for the occasional $50 at megabucks when I walk by.

My average bet in bacc is near 500. I get 700-800 in promo chips usually

I have no idea what sort of play I gave them last year. I think I was there twice in the first 6 months and put about 12,000 points on my card. That was all slot play though.
