lv related christmas gifts you received?

for me, my daughter, telling me to open the box before the card, gave me a box full of quarters...yes, she knows the machines mostly do not take them any more, so that i would have to go cash them. i think she did not want me to know how much was in the box, and i will find out this a.m. when i go to the bank.

then, in the card, was a good luck wish and instructions that on my next trip, in mid february, she had made reservations for my wife and i at la cave at the wynn, on valentine's night! so, we are to use the funds from the quarters for valentine's night dinner. Awww.

what did you guys get from those who know how las vegas obsessed you are?

 

I got these from my Las Vegas travel buddy.

 

I always get a gambling book on a particular game. I once got a roulette gambling book. I never looked in it, but I can't imagine how there can be an entire book written about strategies on roulette.

 

I asked for, and did get....new luggage, with my Vegas trips in mind!! Lol, I'm awful to Vegas on the mind so much, haha!

 

I got 2 books....
Positively Fifth Street by James McManus about the WSOP and Ted Binions death..

The Noble Hustle by Colson Whitehead again about the WSOP

and a pocketwatch with a clip to on my belt because the wife says she can't understand on how i show up
on time for things when we are there..... actually it's really easy, but i won't tell her that and i don't even use a cell phone...

I got a new sign to hang in my kitchen.

 

I got a trip! Husband was short on time to shop and also uninspired, so he told me to book a trip! We leave in a few weeks!
