Hi everyone! A great day today as another one of you great Vegas Message Boarders stopped by to say hi. Everyone please feel to drop by and say hi anytime. I have been a bit out of the board for a little. But, I am never gone for good. I am glad to hear that the majority of my VP players are enjoying the new Plaza VP. As the new weather and new season hits Las Vegas, we are looking to improve in many other aspects as well. I always appreciate your input so please do not stop. Improvements come from voices, and our guests are my voice. :) More to come. Ciao for now.

Here's a suggestion for inspiring people to come and give the Plaza a try. Match offers people get from CET or MLIFe and build in a couple of restrictions: for example max the number of comped nights at 3, max the amount of FP at $300 and max the amount of resort credit to $300. Maybe in this way, people who normally prefer staying at the Strip will give downtown a chance.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will pass the suggestion to my management. I am not sure we can fully incorporate the matching of other full casino offers, however, it's something we may be able to look at in phases. Our casino dynamic does have to make such changes in phases to ensure such changes do not conflict with promotions that are in place. :)

That makes sense. We'been downtown a couple of times to have a look but we've always been Strip people. But if the Plaza would match an offer like I regularly get on the Strip I would be more than willing to give downtown a try for 2 to 3 nights. At this point I just haven't had enough of an incentive yet. To me staying at the Strip (comped, with FP and resort credit) is a no brainer compared to paying to stay downtown. My play wouldn't change, if I got a matching offer I would put in enough play to justify the comps and I guess many other potential customers would feel the same. So, good luck with the decision making :)

I wish someone could explain to me what happenned to my comp dollars I buildt up at Plaza /LV Club I stop or stay there at least several times a year but my $400 +
in food comps from table game play seems to have been erased. Do you have comp dollars for table games or are they now converted to points on a card?
I am confused and never get an answer from anyone for sure what has happenned.

I stopped by and said hello in Oct. You are looking for suggestions...Get rid of that awful perfume odor you pump into the casino. After a bit, it is nauseating

I do like the upgraded VP pay tables at the bar.

Um I do not pump perfume into the casino. lol We hear mixed emotions about our casino scent and to be honest it is a 50/50 situation. I am more pleased at you liking our new VP. lol We have also received some new slots machines as well. Are you coming to kick back with for the Big Game Weekend?

Does the Plaza send out mailers?
I have been watching my mailbox since my October trip but I haven't received any offers.
    Merry Christmas Curt!

No, I will be there on Xmas day through the weekend and will spend some time at the bar VP machines and the sports book. I'm still not convinced I want to give up MSS for the Plaza.
Suite, Gold Card, full rfb and they treat us well.

Your VP improvements are good and I now stop in for a bit to gamble, but honest to God, there is an odor in there that I can't stand after about an hour.:nono:

And btw, I have not received a single offer from Plaza.

I haven't received any mailers either. But: yesterday I logged in on the players club website and it showed I had three free nights available (after booking a room-flight-package, lol). I won't be able to use them, but maybe you'll also have an offer available on that website?
Website is: myroyalrewards.com (I see the website is down at this moment... it says it will be working again soon)

Joe, we will be at the Plaza starting Christmas day as well. My wife and I also enjoy bartop VP. Look for a guy wearing a fedora smoking cigars, that might be me!

Curt, we'll try to swing by and say hi. What are your hours?
