Booked via hotel res, not MLife. This is my first suite that I've booked cash vs via Players club, or $20 trick. Also my first stay at the B.

Bellagio Penthouse is one of my favorite in Vegas. Huge living room, great windows with awesome views (pool view and fountain view are both great)! 2 seperate bathrooms is my favorite part, with lots of closet space. Bellagio hasnt changed much in the last 10 years, upscale and gorgeous property. Great food options and easy access to other casinos.

second best room in the place.

been years since I was in a cabana, but I don't remember a F&B min on top of the fee.

in fact, usually the "fee" is really just an F&B min.

This is one of the things that had me most intrigued. If it's a deal breaker for Shifter then it's got to be a nearly life changing experience.

2BR Grand Lakeview. They are the rooms that have living rooms that fill up the round column in the center of the front of the hotel. either side of that have bedrooms. Every other floor has access to outside doors and porches, though they are customarily locked now, but can be opened if you know who to ask.

They are easily the best suites in Vegas.

    Bellagio FV Penthouse...what to expect?

Anyone that has been there recently - what is the decor, etc like? I was looking around on sites like oyster and couldn't get a feel for it. I'm slightly concerned that it may seem dated. My wife is more into the modern Aria/Cosmo themes and I want to make sure she's happy with it :)

We were in a PH FV a couple months ago. They are redoing all the Main Tower Suites now but I don't know when they'll have done the PHs. I was told they were to have all the Bellagio Suites done by spring and then the PHs?
Our room was nice but not the newer furnishings like in the Spa Tower.

I'm paying for the room ~$550/nt - is there a better overall room/experience for that price range?(factoring in the view, space, checkin/limo, etc)

You might want to check on the Aria Penthouse.

We were just in an Aria Sky Suite Penthouse and we have always alternated between that and a Belligo PH.
If you haven't been in a PH and watched the fountains, then you may want to try that.
The Aria SS PHs ending in 36 have good strip views if that matters.

They did do some updating a few years back to all/most rooms at the B. But, those suites are nice suites. The real kicker is watching the fountains, with the music coming through your TV. Hard to beat that - for most folks.

Agreed. It really gets to the opulent essence of Vegas.
