    Since I'll be in Vegas MLK weekend, should I sign up for this? The drawback is it will take several hours of time to go play at the Hard Rock, and most likely I'll get nothing.

    The way I look at tournaments is that they are a "bonus" to the trip. If you are going to play anyways playing in a tournament is fun. It usually only take 30-45m for an early round if it is run well, and if you are in the later rounds it takes almost 1 hour but you feel excited.

    For me, staying away from the tables constantly makes me money haha. So any distraction is nice, like your M.
