Go to a buffet. If you can eat everything available you're gaurenteed to get in on the "wall of fame". Think about it "the man who ate the entire buffet".

Even when I was younger 10 lb of food would have been way too much, even if a lot of it is soup. Here, though, if you can beat this challenge, you might be able to pay for your drinks the rest of the trip- http://www.pho87.net/phozilla .

Too bad, you are a few years too late. You missed the Burrito challenge at the Sahara (monster burrito) that was on MVF. There also was a burger challenge at the upper deck restaurant at the LVC, huge burger. Those places or hotels are gone, maybe some other restaurant will take up making a challenge in vegas.

The Upper Deck restaurant had a 9 lb Big Daddy Barrick Burger, normally cost $49.95 but eat it within 24 hours and it was free.

Too bad, I miss the upper deck and the greater moments room downstairs. The upper deck served a 3 lb t bone steak also. Unfortunately they had very slow service and guess it and the greater moments weren't busy enough to sustain the restaurants. Those areas are just empty shells now, probably used for storage.

I recall an episode on the Travel Channel about The Heart Attack Grill. Most of it looked pretty disgusting, but there is an Heart Attack Grill on Fremont Street. Not sure if they have any challenges for free eats, but my intuition says they do. Proceed at your own peril, their burgers look impossibly huge, and I'm a big fan of a good burger.
