If you have any questions about resort fees or the pulling of RC's in Vegas vs. regional properties, there is a wealth of info on that in my previous threads. It has been discussed ad nauseam.

Come on Hunter, you know that's how we roll here. We beat the horse till it's dead, then beat it to a bloody plup, then flip it over and beat it some more.

But seriously, where do you stand on turkey. Wild? Heritage? Or fat breasted can't screw on their own supermarket cheap ass turkey.

I'm also wondering your thoughts on the best burgers and pizza in Vegas?

Bored and sipping bourbon, so this is an attempt at humor. Lol

I went to HS in Kentucky so I am big fan of bourbon, but like scotch even better. One of my absolute favorite players just gave me 3 bottles of Balvenie Double Wood (thanks Aaron!), half a bottle will be gone tonight I can't wait. Best burger in town is the burnt cheddar burger at KGB in Harrah's. It is ridiculous. Best pizza isn't on the strip or anywhere near a casino. Rosati's chicago deep dish or thin crust on Rainbow and Robindale. Only location in the country outside of Chi-town.

There is actually a Rosati's pizza in Fountain Hill, AZ AKA Mini Chicago

I believe near Vegas there is an Aurelio's pizza as well. I wanna say Henderson. Their sauce is my favorite, they do a stuffed with crust on top and bottom, but I like their thin as well. Original location is Homewood, IL.

I will dispute this and claim the Salmon Burger to be the best!

Aurelios went out of business in Henderson. I was very, very upset. Their thin crust square cut pizza was off the chains.

Not sure, but if I had to guess, it would be at the mexican food truck parked outside the construction zone where they are building new houses in southwest Vegas off of Durango.

I have a stay booked at Horseshoe Bossier coming up in a few weeks. Would gaming action there affect the rates I might see for Harrahs New Orleans? I have a wedding to attending in New Orleans in April.

That is too bad. We never ate there, cause we get it like 2-3 times a month here. Yes it is amazing. I take it you are from Chicago?

It may. Have you checked to see what rates you can get in New Orleans today?

Even though I have not been to many CET casinos, my play elsewhere gets us free rooms at casinos we have never been to.

What sort of rates is the system showing for you in New Orleans?

I'm a big fan of burgers. So I'll have to try this out next month.

If Rosati's is the place I'm thinking about, they also have good Italian beef. Is it a small place with a few tables? I went to a Chicago pizza place on rainbow awhile ago but don't remember the name.

No but my wife went to school there

Maybe once a month. When you live in Vegas you have to keep gaming to a minimum or you'll get yourself in trouble. When I gamble it's usually when my wife is out with girlfriends and I'll go to the local bar to play VP.

Your play will reflect in your overall ADT, but that is translated to a market specific value. Unless you drastically play up or down I wouldn't expect a noticeable change in rates or comp upfront.

Yeah their italian beef is incredible

Maybe I am just a fat guy (well I think maybe is out the window) but order a Rosati's thin crust with Italian Beef and Hot Gardinariea on it. You will not regret it.

I'd like to touch on this Hunter, (good to meet you, BTW!)
Made DIAD (5000TC+Bonus) in September (from not having a TR card before) at Harrahs So-Cal...saw rate calendar with FREE rooms EVERYWHERE. Visited Harrahs Reno a weekend then Harrahs Tahoe the next weekend (using free rooms via rate calendar, no-play at all either location). Came back, STILL free rooms Everywhere. Went BACK to Harrahs So-Cal to suck out $2655 in freeplay...played a few extra hands (thus earning like 100 TC), booked the weekend at Bally's (still free via rate calendar; when we met you)...put in 1000TC that day @ PHo....
Now, we come home, and really the only FREE property is ballys/Flamingo/Harrahs/Rio...
I think I know where the mistake happened...but since we established play in the Vegas Market (with 1000TC in a day, which is low by our standards), will our offers rebound for Vegas?
Also, we got an offer for 5 nights FREE anywhere in Vegas during February, but when I go to book it, nothing is free...???
