Does anyone know if this can be used on weekends?

Find it odd, that all other buffets (Bellagio, Aria, etc...) are only good for Mon-Thurs, but there's absolutely no mention of this limit/blackout for the Mirage buffet. Any experiences?

It is curious. No mention of such restrictions in the fine print. I actually recently secured that offer so I hope it is good for the weekend.

It shows the blackout dates after you click the next button. The only date in November is 11/27, Thanksgiving day.

It means that restricted dates during the holidays are blacked out, which means that the comp is not usable.

The dates are specified on the comp.

It used to be good for any day, but now, except for the 2-1 deals they are all Monday -Thursday. It sucks as this was always a great deal.

    Thanks

My email print out from today says this:
Valid Monday-Thursday for one breakfast or lunch buffet only at Cravings Buffet. Breakfast or lunch are available 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m

    Mirage (as of 11/17/2014)

BOGO Breakfast - no restrictions, but there are blackout dates
BOGO Dinner - no restrictions, but there are blackout dates
One Lunch - stay required - M-T - there are blackout dates
One Dinner - stay required - M-T - there are blackout dates
One Lunch - NO stay required - M-T - there are blackout dates
One Dinner - NO stay required - M-T - there are blackout dates
Two Dinners - stay required - M-T - there are blackout dates

Current list of blackout dates is:

    11/27/2014, 12/24/2014, 12/25/2014, 12/31/2014, 1/1/2015

I would not expect them to be flexible on dates.

Note that the only "full comp" dining awards that are available 7 days a week are MGM Grand and Luxor.

My print out is from 9-6-14. No where on it does it have mon-thurs. So I am either going to return it to get the BOGO or keep it and take my chance. Not sure of the difference between the 2. Do they not mean the same thing...BOGO or 1 free? And yes, now I have myself confused even more.

BOGO = Buy One, Get on Free

Also known as "2 for 1".

You might want to check on the myVegas rewards site, in the "My Purchases" section.

Or, you could ask the folks at myVegas.

Bogo and 1 free =same thing. I returned my 1 free and purchased bogo. Not sure of the difference because of the chip savings with bogo..hopefully bogo can be used fri for dinner with alcohol

They are the same thing as long as there is two of you, but Mlife will still make money from you if there is 2 of you paying to go to the buffet, as opposed to just giving it away to one person for free.

Disappointed with the changes requiring a stay at the actual property on quite a few of the rewards now. I don't mind having to use a larger amount of LPs in order to get 2 dinner or lunch buffets but it now basically requires you to do a BOGO or a single redemption for a single lunch/dinner. At least my husband is now playing so we can both individually get a lunch or dinner voucher. Oh well nothing stays the same and it is still a decent reward program overall.

Also wanted to add.....the Mirage buffet is excellent. We tried it last visit and will go again regardless of the points required.
