The rooms are the same price for two nights. The resort king room at the Mirage includes a $50 dining credit. Anybody have any input that might help me decide? Thanks. I have stayed in a regular room at TI before, but I have never stayed at the Mirage.

Mirage is OK, You might try the $20 trick for an upgrade. Make sure that you are less than halfway down the hall. One time I stayed there and I got the very end room. Kept me from going down to the casino as much.

The petite suite at TI is larger and has addl. amenities. I think with the $50 dining credit the edge goes to Mirage. Depends on how much time you plan to spend in the room.

Judging the rooms and their amenities there is really no contest: it would have to be the Petite Suite at TI. BUT, TI just doesn't do it for me and I love everything about the Mirage. Their pool area is beautiful and fun, nice casino, good restaurants, better atmosphere. I would pick Mirage.

Thanks for the input, especially the links, KevinSTP. Very helpful. Decision made, I just booked the Petite Suite. I don't really spend much time in the room, but I still enjoy a nice one. When I was younger I didn't care, the older I get the more it seems to matter.

TI isn't my favorite casino, but the location is fantastic. I'm excited! Less than a month to go.

Great decision. Anything you want from Mirage is just a tram ride away!

I've been in a Petite a few times. What I liked most about it was the room was right off the elevator. Never realized how much I liked the proximity until I stayed in one.
