    Good Afternoon/Morning.

    Hope you are all well.

My name is Chris and i'm from England.

My fiance and I are planning our wedding in Vegas in 2016, and I am a big fan of online forums so thought I would sign up as this seems a friendly place.

We have already chosen a wedding venue and have made intial enquires however we are waiting until flights become available before we commit (18 months before if we book a package or 11 months before if booking it seperate).

We are thinking of stopping in vegas for 4 or 5 nights (visit grand canyon etc) and fly to California and visit Disneyland while we are there (we are both massive Disney fans). We may even squeeze in a trip to San Fran if our budget allows.

Our hotel of choice (at the minute) is Bellagio (Were not sure how far in advance we can book hotels so any advise on that would be great).

Well that's me, I look forward to speaking to some of you soon :)

Welcome to the board! Congrats on planning your wedding trip.....a lot to take care of but LV is a wedding town able to handle any request. Hotel rates will be high this far in advance unless someone posts a special.....you may want to sign up online for a rewards card for Mlife & TR..... There is a FB game to help you get points for any CET property and also Mlife. Post any questions you may have & members will be happy to help. Good luck!

Hi, thanks for the kind welcome.

Yes it is. We've done Florida a few times but never that side of America.

Thank you, we play a casino game on our smart phones which give us discounts for hotels. I was a little skeptical. Does it really work?

Yeah it's a bit forward however we want to be sure we do everything we want to. We are also used to planning ahead for our past Disney trips so I guess it's kind of habbit :)

myvegas definately works have used it a couple of times myself for rooms and buffets.

Check out some of the web packages for weddings and try contact the hotels direct to see what wedding gift/package deal they can do for you

Asyour not doing this for 18 months i recommend you sign up to a BA amex card at £125 and spend 10k on it then you can take your finance out and wife back through business class for around £1.5k

That is good to hear. My partner has been playing for a while and I think she's got enough in their now for a free cheeseburger or similar ;)

Hopefully by the time we go she'll have a something a bit better :)

This is really good advise thank you for this. I will look into to it as I would love to fly business class one day.

Welcome to the VMB Chris!!! I still believe that if there's one hotel/casino that encapsulates everything Las Vegas is about, it's Bellagio. It's a fantastic property!!! You'll see a few threads by some well-respected posters that aren't happy with the property of late and for solid reasons personal to them, but I think for the average Vegas visitor, Bellagio has many things going for it and you'll be very happy there.
