I find it annoying when they don't list what kind of room/suite they're offering you until you call in.

Looks like you all are copying from e-mail offers?
I used to get my offers by email but then I realized I got a visceral thrill from interacting with a physical mailer that had the fancy envelope and glossy card.
Just like I when I am holding real casino chips, my breathing and heart rate get faster.

I don't get the mailers being from the UK :( I would much prefer the mailer to be honest.

That said, I love it when the "Exclusive Offer For You" email pops up when I am in work. :D

It is nice. Considering these days almost nothing good comes in the mail. I look forward to the Cosmo and my random local casino offers. Gotta love offers of earning points to get a 12pk of diet coke.

Cosmo offers are all over the board on valid dates. My most recent one so from December 5 to jan 28.

I finally got an offer, a while ago I was wondering if I dropped off their radar...My offer was VERY different than it used to be, it was for 4 nights + $160 in identity play.

I used to get offers for 3 nights, $500-$600 in FP and $150 dining credit. Out of curiosity I sent an email to my host there and asked what was up with that measly 4 nights and 160 in identity play (for those who don't know my habits I'm a slot player and I am pretty consistently a $1200/day THEO guy on the slots + some craps and BJ splashed in @ $50-$125/ hand...for a couple of hours.)

Host told me that to Cosmo right now I'm an $85 player, so my mailers reflect that and there is nothing that he can do to change my offers but if I need anything he would hook me up. I told him thanks but I'm heading down to Planet Hollywood in December to take them for a shit-ton, but Cosmo is still on my list!

I have an idea why Cosmo has me at $85, perhaps he was just looking at my table play (that's about right), OR it could be that when I was there in July, after a week stay, he comped me a wraparound suite on the 59th floor for the night of our anniversary (a week later) for our after party and told me there was no play requirement. Not thinking I gave my brother in law my card to play on while we were waiting on check in and having a few drinks, and he is a low-roller.

I guess I should just downright ask why I am an $85 player. I'm not totally worried about it, wherever I stay I'm usually loked after on the backend based on my play, but it's nice to have a decent offer to entice me, and for something to flash to the wife to say "look at the FREE money they are giving me", LMFAO :)

I have a question for those who receive Cosmo offers.
Do you see variations in your promo chips on a month to month basis?
The reason I ask is my offer for August was for $1775 in chips (see pic here) but for October it was $950 (see pic above), and the one for December (I can't find it right now) goes back to $1775.

My promo chips vary all the time too. The range has been from 900-3000. I think the only thing that has been consistent has been the dining credit.

They are all over the board. I got 5 nights, 300 dining and an even 1000 Promo.. I think it might have to do with avg bet? By the way, last time I stayed there was Nov of last year! Played there many times while walking through though.

Thanks, this is very helpful to know that variability is the norm.
Since I have nothing to lose, I'm going to ask my host if she can give me the higher amount of free play that I would have received last month, or next month.

I have big variations in my promo chips on a month to month basis. It's always been this way with Cosmo for me though. Dining credit is often little to none though.
